Description

This clever and exclusive system provides easy cooking and effortless cleanup, while maintaining all the strength and durability of a traditional riveted handle assembly, and the cast stainless steel handle features a removable, silicone, soft-grip for maneuverability. The rivet-less cooking surface, combined with the advanced nonstick coating, provides high performance and excellent food release. The fry pan's commercial-grade, heavy-gauge aluminum construction distributes heat quickly and evenly.   • A: We do not recommend using easy off to clean the bottom of the Tramontina PRO Fusion Aluminum Non-Stick Fry Pan; as it can damage the aluminum. Discoloring on pan and/or handle will not affect performance. Stains may be lightened by gently rubbing surface with Bon Ami® or a baking soda paste with a damp cloth. Q: When the bottom gets brown it is okay to clean the bottom only of the pan easy off? I use easy off to clean my stainless steel tea kettle and my glass pyrex and it gets it super clean.

Pan scratches using a silicone spatula while cooking an egg - first usage - awful quality control. Tramontina does not honor their warranty either.

Poor quality

Christmas gift. After two uses within one week and using a silicone spatula - once frying a pancake the other reheating a rice dish, there are already scratches in the non stick coating. Very poor quality and not waht it use to be. Had the professional non stack that lasted me 8 years - this one after two light uses, is already scratching!

NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

I don’t usually review things but adding this so others see it. This product is not dishwasher safe. Something to do with the anodized aluminum, after some light internet research. I washed it in the dishwasher and it is now producing a black, ashy substance. Also, despite using silicone cooking implements and having used it less than five times, it is already scratched on the cooking surface. Kinda disappointed in the quality. Nothing special

Next Level Non-stick

It’s only been a couple of weeks but we are loving this pan. The nonstick surface is next-level compared to any other pan I’ve used. Super smooth and things that would normally stick to even nonstick pans don’t stick to this one.

I love my Trammies

I bought my first ones in 2020 I got the professional anodized restaurant quality 3 pack and promptly fell in love I currently have 3-14 inch, 2- 12 inch , 3- 10 inch and 3-8 inch profusion pans I use them constantly and all are stilll like new condition. One 0f my 12 inch was left on a lit stove for a few hours(not by me) the stuff set off the smoke detectors and cleaned up beautifully and still works and looks great. I highly recommend

Great Fry Pan However...

Great Product, requires gentle handling and hand washing is preferred IMO. However, I need a lid that fits the edges of this pan and have inquired to Tramontina about a lid.
