DON'T buy. Horrible durability & pathetic warranty
We bought the premier pan set in 2021 along with several other pots. Since then the pans have begun to scratch/flake snd wear down considerably. We were having pieces of coating in our food. We dont use metal utensils and only handwash. Calphalon told us it was not covered under warranty (normal wear and tear) and having little black pieces of coating in our food was safe. What? We were given the run around and told we had to send them in for physical inspection even though we jumped through the hoops of sending photos etc. They even said we couldn't provide proof of purchase...when they were bought from thier website and I gave them the order number and date of purchase. They finally gave in when I sent them screenshots from thier own website. And good luck trying to get through on their phone number. It's always busy. We won't be recommending Calphalon to anyone and plan to purchase from a company that actually stands by thier products.

durable non-stick pans has been holding up well
i bought these pans over a month ago and have been quite pleased with their performance for even heating and non-stick properties. i was sick and tired of buying other pans that only lasted a short time before they lost their non-stick properties.so far, these have done very well and eggs still slide off and can be flipped without a spatula without ripping and tearing. we will see how they do over the next 6 months.

nonstick pans live up to their name one month in
i bought these 2 pans over a month ago, and have been quite pleased with their even heating and non-stick nature. food slides right out of the pan, easy to flip eggs, etc. we only hand wash the pans, no d/w. i will be interesting to see how they do over the next 6-12 months of usage.

Great set for any chef
When I first moved, I had my old pots and pans with me and they were already peeling at the bottom. I saw this Calphalon set and bought it to replace my old set. I never realized what I was missing out on until I tried these! I use it for frying to grilling and more. We cook a lot here to save money instead of takeout so these pans get used and abused often, but have held up well!

10" pan isn't as deep as I'd like
I'm a big fan of Calphalon pans and needed to replace my 8" and 10" skillets. These pans work but I had stackable pans before and these aren't the same style. The 10" skillet isn't as deep and not a stackable, but otherwise, perfect for my needs.

Not for INDUCTION Stove?!
I was surprised that the frying pan set was not compatible with my Induction Stove.
