The Premium Rug Pad provides a firm foundation feel underfoot, while adding a nonskid layer between an area rug and your floor. This item is not sold by target it’s target+ SO what that meant is that the return window is SUPER small and they wouldn’t allow me to return it. I had no clue it wasn’t the normal return policy or I would have rushed to send back. Sadly the quality is awful! Super thin.

The rug doesn’t move when we’re coming in and out and is perfectly hidden under the rug. My only complaint is that it has made the rug too tall for some of our doors around it, preventing us from being able to easily open them all the way over the rug.

Was tired of nearly losing my life every time I almost slip on my rugs, and these have fully stopped that! Good stuff. Also, my dog is old and the slippery rugs were not good for her arthritis.
