This kit also includes our exclusive Hair Mask with Intrabond Hair Repairing Complex. The Intrabond Hair Repairing Complex provides additional strength and support to the internal hair structure. Bleaches your hair. Don’t use. Target wouldn’t give me a refund and neither would the company even after multiple disputes through email and on the phone. (By the way, my hair isn’t red. That’s the hair remover bleaching my hair which later turned into a disgusting orange and red color.)

This stuff was awesome. I was hesitant to use anything with a developer to remove arctic fox colors for fear it would damage or fry my ends, but this formula was really gentle. It removed virtually all the red pigment from my hair and left me almost 100% platinum again without hair loss.

I will never buy this product again

I used this product to remove purple from my hair and yes it removed the color but it also removed my hair. I left it on for 20 minutes and my hair literally fell out in clumps. My hair was very healthy I take pride in it and always have and now I literally don't have any. It fell out and is gummy and broken and damaged. Your product absolutely sucks.

I've used this product twice now and it has done what it said both times. I've gotten great results I had hot pink hair and I used this product so I could do a different color and it worked now I have blue hair. I just ordered it again today so I can dye my hair a different color I'm not sure wh what color I want any ideas?

Don't. Just don't.

I am devastated and furious. This product should not be on the market - at all. Color Oops was sold out and that's why we grabbed this one off the shelf at target. This just ruined my 9 year old's hair. She had a temporary color in for Halloween and needed to get it out faster than the 30 days that temp color is supposed to last. Her hair is now spotty and orange and ruined. She has a huge blotch in the center of the top of her head. Crap product. Crap company.

works... if you want orange hair

My hair was originally bleach blonde with semi permanent ginger dye over it. I wanted to dye my hair silver for halloween this week, so i thought hey, why not try this? i wish i hadn't... it turned my hair from a pale ginger color to ORANGE. never again. i ended up dyeing my hair black. The only positive thing was the hair mask, it made my hair soft.

Terrible product DONT BUY

100% don’t recommend, didn’t take out any of the semi permanent hair dye in myhair only took out my natural hair color (medium brown) and turned my hair orange in my roots this would probably work for someone naturally blonde or bleached blonde but on dark hair it works terribly and it only says it contains bleach in tiny light colored writing on the back it should be written in big letters on the front that i contains bleach and is meant for bleached hair

Horrible!!!

My hair is absolutely ruined. I have never used such a horrible product ever. My hair is so damaged that I pretty much have to chop it all the way off in order to repair it. It is just in horrible condition. The moment I started to rinse the product out of my hair, I knew something was wrong. My hair was just falling out. The ends were so bad that it looked like somebody had set fire to my hair. It had that bad chemical burns. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. Even just getting my money back would not save me at this point. If I could, I would sue this company.

NOT FOR THIN HAIR

I love doing fun things to my hair, and Ive been dying it nonstop for over 10+ years, but this has got to be the worst thing I've EVER done to it. Extremely disappointing. I followed the instructions to a T, but it still came out incredibly patchy, dry, and damaged. I only had the bleach on for roughly 20 minutes, and it completely bleached my roots, damaged my ends, and hardly made a dent on the actual colour! in an effort to get rid of how gingery my hair looked, it only made it worse. IF YOU HAVE THIN HAIR, don't use this product. But, if you cant go back on this purchase, PLEASE make sure to leave it off your roots, apply it in layers, (try to) get a friend to help, AND DO NOT LEAVE IT ON FOR THE FULL 40 MINUTES! And if your hair seems incredibly damaged while towel drying, put all of the included hair mask on (slather it THICK), and leave a shower cap or plastic bag if you need to for a full 40 minutes. it didn't fix my hair, but it definitely helped my roots get some life back into them. I am so disappointed with this product its outcome.

Just bought this today and I'm absolutely upset. It completely bleached my roots and left my hair spotty. WILL NEVER buy this product again it was way worse than what color oops would have done. Really disappointed and kind of want my money back.

Keep in mind

This product works best at removing natural color from your hair, unnatural colors are a bit of a toss up when it comes to color removal. For example, if you’re dying your hair blue, you’re not going to get back to blond without doing some serious damage to your hair. This got some of the purple I had out of my hair, but left it a weirder color than I had before I used it… This COULD work for you, just do your own research first.

Never use it will bleach your hair

This product bleached my locs. I haven't put any bleach on my locs. I was removing semi red that I some time apply to my gray hair because I'm salt and pepper. This product not only not take all the color of but bleached my locs. I am thinking of taking legal action against this company.

Worst experience never use

I brought this to remove semi red off my gray and black hair. When I removed it my hair was orange and blonde. It bleached my locs now I can't where my natural salt and pepper locs because I have bleached patched orange blonde locs. I want to take legal action for this. This is bleaching product and it didn't remove the color

This is bleach, not color lifter!

I bought this product without reading the reviews since I purchased it in store. It didn’t remove the semi permanent color I had in my hair and it bleached it in patchy areas. Terrible choice and now I’m once again facing the consequences of my own actions.

DONT DO IT

Do yourself a favor and shave your head and regrow it all before you destroy it with this product. Yes, it removed the black in my hair, however it continued and lifted my natural hair color underneath the color as well. My hair is now ruined after using this and I'll be crying for a while after this.

Not a color remover!!!!

DO NOT BUY. I bought this without reading the reviews (dumb Ik) but I’ve used color remover in the past with no issues. THIS IS BLEACH! NOT color remover. Absolutely fried my hair off and I had so much breakage after monnnnths of trying to grow out my hair.
