    Disappointed at first

    I bought the first box of 12 and there were 3 broken bins in it. I bought a second box of 12 (without returning the first one) and there were 2 broken bins in it. I took the good ones out of the first box to make 12 good ones and returned the box with 5 broken bins. Is the warehouse in Massillon, Ohio where they came from not checking the product before it leaves to fill orders??? I now have 12 bins that hopefully will hold up. Also the latch color on the bins is not what is advertised on the Target site.

    Not the carriers fault

    No packaging used!!! Damaged and so upsetting. Target did nothing to ensure these arrived undamaged and can't claim to care about customer service or customer satisfaction. This is not a shipping problem. This is a packaging problem. Talk about wasting customers time and money and expectations.

    Great storage ! Strong, sturdy has lasted decade+

    Love this storage this has been used in our basement for over a decade. It is so strong does not lose. Its stability has been stacked on top of an under heavy things has never cracked and just really has held up. I’ve been super impressed.!!

    Hello, our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the odor from the 25 Qt Latching Box. Product quality is very important to us and we will pass your feedback on to the team. Our Storage products are made of polypropylene plastic. Polypropylene sometimes has a plastic smell (especially the clear products) when first purchased that dissipates fairly rapidly once the product is unpacked and put to use. Washing with a lemon scented or grease fighting detergent and rinsing thoroughly helps dispel any noticeable odor. Detergents sometimes adhere to plastics and you will want to wipe and rinse well. Air or towel dry.

    Keeps Everything Dust and Mold Free.

    I have been buying these over the past several years. I live in Central Florida; it's damp here during the rainy season and over the winter. I use these to store everything from linens, clothing, books, shoes, important documents, and miscellaneous everything. These latch boxes keep everything dust and mold free. Also, everything is organized so I can readily find it. (And as an aside, every time my house is burglarized, they grab a few of these to remove what they are interested in stealing. This is why I have to keep replacing them; the burglars like them, too.)

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These larger boxes are perfect for storing so many things, it’s nice to have the bigger size to be able to fit more of the same types of things in one box. It’s pretty much revolutionized our paperwork storage and we’ve also gotten more to store other items throughout the house. Definitely a must have!
