Q: Have you tested it on mosquitos by now? Last time question was asked has been 7 months ago.

A: I just put the unit in next to my banana/frult holder. And in just three days about 35 fruit flies are stuck on the sticky refill and so is a moth and 2 winged bugs that usually hang around a porch lights as well as several mosquitoes. I was hesitant at first to spend that much for a pest control item not knowing how well it worked if at all. But the fruit flies were relentless and aggressive and followed me into my bedroom where they lay in wait until I fell asleep to fly into my mouth and up my nose. Well I wasn’t going to let them get away with it and so I took advantage of the 2-pack deal offered by them Target for my home and host/hostess gifts. With its ease of operation-just place it in an outlet near trash cans, fruit, dirty diaper dispensers, or sink drains as nd no more bugs trying to run you out of you home and no poisoning the air with pesticides and no concoctions to fill in or spill from a decoy apple. And it doubles as a nightlight too

A: It depends on the type of moth. Pantry moths are attracted to light and have been caught in Zevo Flying Insect Traps many times.

I bought this product and have been using it for a month, and it has about 5 gnats on it. Yet I have flies flying around it and around. It doesn't seem to work. It seems the area is to wide and the flies are not attracted to it. I am very disappointed.

I was excited to try Zevo Flying Insect Trap. It was so simple to use and mess free. Just remove plastic film place in cartridges, plug it in, and you're done. It has no sound our odor. Emits a pleasant blue + UV light that attracts Insects 24/7. After a week, I checked the cartridge, and there were quite a few fruit flies, a few mosquitos and other small insects. I will be buying again as I am pleased with the results. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

I’ve have one in the kitchen and love it. So amazed at mosquitoes and occasionally a fly and gnats are caught. I bought one yesterday for my husband to put in his shop in our hangar. This Zevo performed unbelievably. I can’t begin to count the “captured” gnats. I’d like to send a picture.

After plugging in this blue/UV light, I hardly even see flies anymore unless I see them stuck to the sticky part of the fly trap. This trap even catches all of the flying insects that I never even see around the house. I also like that it's close enough to the wall that you can't see the insects unless you're really trying to see them. It also works great as a night light. I will not go without a Zevo Flying Insect Trap from here on out.

Just the other day, I even had one land in my mouth! Disgusting. I’m so glad to have the Zevo flying insect trap because it’s a step towards being pest free (an ongoing endeavor when you have indoor plants). Tbh the trap is bigger than I thought it would be but that’s just more surface area to catch the nasties

I had been eyeing these chemical-free flying insect traps for a while now so I was thrilled to have been chosen to review them for Influenster. I have a 4-year-old in my home who is special needs and she loves putting things in her mouth so the insect traps you set on the counter or floor are completely out of the question. I feel so much better knowing that this is chemical-free and is to be plugged into an outlet and not in her grasp or mouth. The setup was super easy. All you have to do is peel off the outer layer that covers the sticky side and just slide in. Then just plug it into an outlet and let it work its magic. The bright blue light works by attracting flying insects to it and then boom, their glued to the sticky cartridge. There's no visible mess. There's also very minimal maintenance, just change out the old cartridge once it's full and that's it. Easy peasy! The blue ambient lighting also doubles as a night-light. I found that it works best if you place them in areas where you notice more insect activity such as beside the kitchen sink, near trash cans, fruit bowls, and compost bins. I really liked this product and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Influenster and Zevo!!

These Zevo Flying Insect Trap definitely did the job of attracting and eliminating any fly that came into the house. I love that the plug-in can rotate 90 degrees for my convenience. This was perfect to have especially during mango season! The cartridges are easy to remove and replace as well.

I bought my first plug in last year and it worked great! I bought another this year and it's now been day 3 of not working! The light is on and the film is removed but I still don't see any flies/insects! I have fruit flies/ plant flies and they bother me so much!! Need to find another way to get rid of them.

To ensure maximum performance, we recommend checking to ensure that the light on the device is on and glowing blue. If the trap isn’t catching bugs, it can often be due to placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects, so avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot.
