A: This product contains FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, and FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake. Flintstones Plus Extra Iron contains natural coloring (Annatto Extract [Seed], Red Beet Juice, Red Sweet Potato Juice, Spirulina Extract, Turmeric Oleoresin).

A: Spots on the tablet may indicate that the tablet has come into contact with moisture which is reacting with certain nutrients in the tablet such as Vitamin C and/or iron, which are more susceptible to this reaction. To minimize this reaction, it may be helpful to store the tablets in a relatively dry area by following the storage information on the Supplement Facts label. In addition, it is important to replace the cap tightly after each use. If excess moisture enters the bottle, it could cause spotting. Since the product does not appear to be in the intended condition, we would not recommend continuing to use.
