Q: We bought this set in store for our 3 year old grandson. Is there something we are missing? The cranes do not stay snapped on. They fall off when you try to manipulate them.

A: Good news is this may be an easy fix! In the crane base piece, there is a moveable spring-loaded paddle that holds the crane arm in place. This paddle has an outward notch that is easily identifiable. Sometimes the notched paddle gets stuck in a down position, and you will need to use a paper clip to move it into place. Once the paddle is in the upright position, the crane arm will click on and stay attached! If you have further questions, please reach out to us at info@magnatiles.com.

Great for magna-tile lovers!
Such a fun addition to our magna-tiles collection. My son loves using the cranes to move things around & building roads to move the cars on. Definitely recommend!

Best gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old got these for Christmas. Him and my 3 year old love playing with them. They love building up a construction site and knocking it down. My 3 year old loves making the cars for it. The cranes are their favorite thing from this set. They use it while playing with other toys as well. When we see these in the store they are always asking for more to build their site bigger.

You can tell it is really well made, much better than the non name brand sets we own. The tiles aid in imagination play as they can be used in many different ways. There are enough pieces for them to not be bored but not too many that they are easily lost or separated all over the house! They can be very creative and build and play!

My daughter got pinched a few times and I had to save her, but it didn't stop her from continuing to learn and build!

Wonderful building magna tiles set!

This one is great because it comes with construction things like a crane, road, and anything else you want to make! This helps kids use their brain to build whatever they want. The pieces aren't too small or too big, but just right. Safety is number 1 to me for my little boy. I highly recommend magna tiles.

What a great toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son adores this magnetic set. He is an avid Lego architect but as a kid with ADHD he can lose his interest in things for a while. This keeps him engaged and keeps those creative juices flowing. He's created so many fun buildings and cars with this little set. It's so much fun. It seems very durable, as it's been beat up quite a bit by my 5 year old and it can take it. I recommend!!

Fun for All Ages!

Entertaining set for the little ones!
