A: The Everest Air has an effective range of 549 ft² based on 5 air changes per hour (ACH). When the ACH is 5, the purifier filters the air in the room five times an hour (or once every 12 minutes). The same air purifier can also clean a 1,373-square-foot room, but it may take longer to clean the air. The unit simply has to be left running for a bit longer for a larger room size. The air purifier is effective for larger rooms, but air purification will take longer, with fewer air changes per hour. For more information, please contact our support team directly.

A: You can operate the unit without connecting it to the VeSync app by manually controlling it using the buttons on the display. However, please be aware that some features are only accessible through the app.

A: Aside from the PlasmaPro 200S, 400s, and 600S models (which have an optional plasma function), all Levoit air purifiers are ozone-free and do not produce ions. They work purely mechanically by drawing in air and filtering it through our 3-stage filtration system.
