For some reason target doesnt pack items well. I forgot this. Last year ordered glass candles and they came loose in a huge box. And in a million pieces. And this was similar. Just in a envelope and the colors were broken in the palette. So im giving it a low rating for that reason. Maybe the product was good but who know?

I love the Blush and Peach shades but during tonight’s sale I picked up other eyeliners as well and when I asked the cashier for each price, unfortunately they were not on sale. Please Target make those yellow labels more specific. Can’t hardly tell what’s on clearance or not. Was so disappointed and apologized to the cashier for having wasted her time and take back the non sale/clearance ones! It is never very clear which exactly is and what not.
