Unsure about safety
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this IRIS Pet Water Fountain several times hoping I would like it more each time. Unfortunately, I did not. There is not much water flow coming out. Also, I don’t think the long cord is very safe, as many animals like to chew on chords/strings, especially cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pet water fountain to test. It’s a great fountain for smaller animals as my dog just knocks it over and then water is everywhere. But it works great for my cat. My cat enjoys getting fresh water versus standing water in her bowl.

Easy set up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pet water fountain was super easy to set up. Both my cat and dog drink from it and I've noticed that it doesn't clog as quick as other pet fountains. The reason why I didn't give it a five-star is because I find that sometimes it makes a mess especially if my pets drink from its I'm constantly having to clean the floor I think there should be a tray at the bottom that catches the extra water when pets drink from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this in the mail, I was really excited. I was under the impression that this was going to hook up to the running a water through the plumbing. I put all the pieces together to realize that it was only a filter. It was a very tiny amount of water for my two dogs and it had a filter that ran water through it. As much water as my dogs drink, there was absolutely no way that I could keep up with this fountain. It would be a good idea for a family that has one small dog. The product is a good product, it is just not something for me. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

It is sturdy and stable very easy to use and clean.Only problem is, it is very small,not for even medium sized dogs. I have 2 xlarge dogs,a medium size one and a small one,plus 4 cats. The only ones who can use it are the small dog and the cats which are fascinated with it and like to play with the water,but 2 of them are afraid to drink from it. Overall I think it is a good product but not for every household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fountain. I have a faucet drinking cat, and this works perfectly for the kitchen!! He is a little timid for this fountain as it is a little loud (especially if it runs low on water). We put it on a mat and it made it a bit more quiet.

Very simple and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I opened the box I realized it was very simple to put together. The water does flow nicely and it took a little getting used to for my four dogs but they quickly got the hang of it. The only thing I would be changed was possibly making it battery operated because I don't have an outlet where my dogs normally eat and drink, but it was a simple move and worked out just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats are loving this cute & BPA-free water fountain. It’s small and conveniently fits where I like it and has a nice, long cord. I like that it has a filter and is pretty quiet. I have noticed a little bit of splash over, but I think that might just be our kitten (who is completely fascinated by running water) putting her paw in and splashing making a mess. Overall, this is a nice little fountain!

The set up is super easy and it really would work great for animal that is not weird about their containers. I would recommend this to someone who has a small dog or a cat. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is what it is advertised as, a pet water fountain. This is very easy to assemble and interesting that it has filters that does come with this product as well that I was not expecting. Everything is very easy to set up and put together for my pet although at first if your pet is like mine she will walk around and sniff it for a bit before they are brave enough or figure out how to drink from it. It's literally just like a water fountain feature. The only thing I had to make sure since it needed to be plugged in (adapter enclosed) was that the bowl / fountain was near an outlet so I could plug it in to make the water feature work. Easy to clean but I do wish there was a way this product had a better way to secure the bottom bowl/base to the top part that goes over the top.

My cat loves this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older cat that can't bend down to drink water and absolutely Gates drinking out of a bowl that's not full. With this fountain, that's a thing of the past. He's able to drink directly from the waterfall and he's drinking more water as a result. Setup, cleanup and refilling the water is super easy. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. In fact, I'd love to have two of these so I can have one on each floor of my house.

Our Cats Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The IRIS pet water fountain has a nice, sleek, simple design. The water flows out of the “spout” and goes directly back into the reservoir which is enclosed. Unlike our old fountain, wherein the water pooled and collected dust, dirt, & fur, before going back through the filter and back out again. And since the IRIS water fountain is white in color, it’s easier to see if it needs cleaning. The only complaint we have about the product is the noisy motor which we don’t mind very much but others might find somewhat of an annoyance. Other than that, out cats love it.

Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions for assembling. It was a little confusing. After it was assembled I was happy with how it worked. I put it on the floor and my cat checked it out but refused to drink out of it. I was shocked because she likes to drink out of the running faucet and with the spout it mimics a faucet. I took it away and disassembled it only to find black marks, like a ring in the inside and on top where the water was. I think it was from the filter that it came with. No wonder my cat would not use it! I am very disappointed.
