I’ll be real with you: these are chalky. No way around it. There’s a teeny little note on the back that tells you to moisten them fully before chewing or something for maximum effectiveness, so I started sucking on them before chewing and that lessens the chalk factor SIGNIFICANTLY. So, I recommend that method. Also, if you order these for shipping, they will get a lil banged up inside the metal canister (I still prefer this packaging over plastic, it’s not a dealbreaker). Flavor wise, these are extremely neutral. They have less lemon flavor than mylanta lemon mint (which is also pretty bland lol) if that’s a helpful reference point for any fellow GERD sufferers out there. I prefer them to be this mild because sometimes when I’m very symptomatic and need relief, stronger flavored antacids from other brands can end up making me feel nauseous. I do find them effective, maybe less so than liquid mylanta due to different ingredients, but compared to tums, I think they are equally effective. I repurchased them.

I'll never buy another antacid brand

These are AMAZING! They have the same ingredients as the most popular antacid brand but without all of the garbage. I've tried other antacids but this one is a 1:1 with clean ingredients. The flavor is pleasant and the texture is pretty similar to other antacids, but less chalky. I'll never use anything else! I'm so happy that these exist!!

Artificial dye free heartburn relief

I have heard great things about this brand online, but was unsure about picking some up as they are more expensive than TUMS and the store brands. These taste great while working just as well as the TUMS smoothies I used to buy. Recommend these to anyone testing to cut down on or eliminate artificial dyes from their routine.
