Lasted just over a year
Worked fine for 13 months then both zones stay between 64 and 66. As warranty ends at 12 months Newair did say they would give me a discount on a new unit off of their website, but unsure of quality

Got it as a gift from my siblings, and now I have an F2 code and temp is 70. Never again, now I have it to get it out of my dining room.

Compressor has gone out
My unit stopped cooling and now has my wines at more than 70 degrees. Called customer service for troubleshooting and was told my compressor has likely gone out and needs replacing. The compressor is backordered for over a month. I read other reviews that mention they're replacement parts are on backorder. Seems like this might be a practice. I don't understand why they would not keep replacement parts in stock so that customers can get their items fixed as quickly as possible with less risk of ruining their wines.

Love my Newair Freestanding 28 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Fridge!!! It arrived packaged extremely well; all was secure and nothing out of place. It has been a dream! Especially the dual zone temperatures for white & red wines are great! It has been working great! Fits perfectly in my kitchen and makes it convenient to get a bottle of wine. I had a question on the light; however, "Fern" with Newair answered my question immediately and gave exact details on the steps to make it work! perfect instructions and fixed the light asap!!! Thanks Fern!!! I definitely will be looking into other projects with Newair. They have been great!! Thank you!!!

This fridge worked great...for 2 years. A temp sensor broke which caused the Compressor to burn out. Warranty is only a year, I now have a very heavy piece of garbage.

Barely lasted one year
We've had a number of wine coolers, still haveone that is over 5 yrs old. This one barely lasted over the warranty time of one year. Now won't cool, won't respond and won't reset - even with unplugging. I will never buy this brand again.

Ok, but loud
So far it is ok, the only problem is the compressor is really loud when it turns on intermittently. Not sure if there is something wrong with it, since it says it is supposed to be quiet. It isn’t a deal breaker, but a little annoying when it is quiet in the house and it keeps turning on and off.

I would NOT buy this product again
Purchased 28 bottle dual zone in Nov '21. Lower unit compressor died in Jan '23. Was told unit could not be repaired and was out of warranty(by 2 mos) The best Newair could do would be to send a refurbished unit at my expense. That was not acceptable. Had a Wine Enthusiast fridge for 7 years before it died. Will gladly go back to Wine Enthusiast. Better product and support

I purchased this fridge and had it for less than 5 months before it stopped working. I contacted Newair "customer service" and was initially told they would replace it. They reneged and refuse to replace or refund. They do not stand by their products. Bad service. Bad products. Bad business

Quiet 28 bottle dual zone wine fridge
We were very excited about this purchase after reviewing many other wine chillers and talking with friends about recommendations. The size, the fact that it is a dual zone chiller with adjustable shelves and extremely quiet made it the right purchase for us. While we were disappointed to discover that the light didn't work when it came, their customer service was very helpful and made sure the light was ordered right away. Installation was very easy. Several months later it started making some noticeable clicking sounds so we called Newair customer service again and received helpful customer service troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem.

Great, trustworthy wine fridge!
Love the dual zone! Perfect for grabbing a bottle that is ready to serve. We have our unit in our kitchen. The blue light is great (but also love that we can turn it off if we're not feeling the party-bus-vibes ;) ). The unit is a great size for how many bottles it holds. Heads up that it doesn't store some new world bottles or German Riesling bottles well (they tend to be too long), but with so much space you can easily maneuver things around to make it work. NewAir also has wonderful customer service and can really help if anything goes wrong!

Very Quiet and nice lighting
This is a very quiet wine fridge with nice ambient lighting. We unfortunately did have an issue with it, but It did die on us after a few months, but the company went above and beyond to help me get a replacement one in a timely matter. Charles in their customer service department was great to work with and quickly resolved my problem. Would definitely purchase from them again based on how they treat their customers.

However, once I contacted Customer Service requesting help with the unit's issue they were very helpful and resolved the problem to my satisfaction within a few minutes. Unfortunately ours broke
I have been overwhelmingly happy with how the company is handling the replacement of our wine fridge, unfortunately this model ended up breaking on us. From the moment I got the fridge it was a bit noisy but I didn't think much of it, I think that was leading to larger issues down the line. That all said NewAir worked with us to trouble shoot the issue and ultimately ended up replacing the unit for me. I would recommend purchasing from this company, maybe just not this model.

DO NOT BUY IT!! If I could I wouldn't give it a star. The temperature regulator broke literally after 1 year of use and it was out of warranty. Today is January 6,2023 and I have been waiting for it to be in stock since October I was told it would be by the end of the month and nothing. 3 months of no help at al. Meanwhile my expensive wine is getting ruined because it can't hold the temperature it's supposed to be at… they sell parts that aren't in stock to get the problems fixed and they don't even care, they don't provide any solutions. Most frustrating part is that they only sell these parts through their website nowhere else!

After about 1.5 year of using, the temperature sensor stopped working unfortunately. The support was helpful in resolving this issue for me in a reasonable delay. Otherwise the fridge works great.

Great wine fridge
I love my dual zone wine fridge. We love having the ability to keep our wines at different temperatures. And it holds plenty of bottles.
