    I can’t tell any difference in this vitamin over the big box kind. The only reason I chose this one is because of the size of the tablets being easier to swallow than my other brand.

    It's difficult to find some easy-to-swallow vitamins. I had to special order these. Pros: Easy to swallow and reasonably priced. Con: Has a bit of a funny taste when you first put it in your mouth but doesn't last long.

    No iodine.

    I chose this vitamin because it contains no iodine since I must limit my intake of iodine as much as possible. Vitamins without iodine are very hard to find.
