    Great....except...

    I've been searching for a heart healthy Pancake mix and found this. It is delicious and natural, however due to the high sodium level, I probably won't be using it often. Not sure why with such careful attention to wholesome ingredients that such a high level of salt would be added. I would love a low sodium alternative.

    A multi-grain pancake/waffle mix that has NO added sugar? I love my weekend waffles! Woo hoo! I had been buying the other Red Mill mixes and then saw the 10-grain and was so surprised to see no added sugars of any kind. Fluffy, tasty, and SO good!

    Good Stuff!!

    The first time I cook something, I follow the directions exactly. I honestly had no idea how these pancakes were going to turn out, but I expected them to be dense and practically flavorless. I was WRONG!! These pancakes were delightfully light and fluffy, with a nice, slightly nutty flavor. Now I'm thinking about ways to dress them up. Add some nutmeg and ground ginger. Maybe do something savory with onion and sausage. The only limit is your imagination. Have fun!!

    Too salty and not enough of the "10 grains."

    It's too salty, by far, and the amount of whole grain flours (besides the wheat) are proportionately less than the baking soda! You are basically just getting salty whole wheat flour.

    Our favorite

    This is my favorite pancake mix. I modify it a bit with buttermilk and flax meal. I've tried all the others and keep coming back to Bob's Red Mill 10-grain.

    Wonderful!

    I have been using this mix for years and can’t imagine being without it in my pantry. The pancakes are delicious and hearty while the waffles are light and crispy—both so good with plain yogurt and a touch of maple syrup. I look forward to a weekend breakfast using this product!

    Why are the 10 and 7 grain pancake mixes not available in stores near me anymore?

    This and the 7 Grain Organic are the best pancake mixes in the world. But I can't find them in stores anymore! I will order direct but would appreciate knowing what happened to the retail supply in Durham, NC. Thank you!

    good pancakes

    Really good. I added some raw wheat germ. Can see adding some dried fruit in the future too. Leftover pancakes reheated well. Will be adding it to my pancake rotation.

    Nice texture for bread recipes

    I love the flavor in my multigrain breads. I use 1:1 this product and unbleach white flour plus some other grains for reinforcement.
