How about a healthy, sugar free option?
These were absolutely delish! Served to my card club girls & they all raved & couldn't believe they were gluten free! Would love to see this mix made with a natural, low calorie sweetener instead of sugar. If anyone can figure that out, BRM can! Maybe even make the mix without sweetener & let us add our own! ( Monkfruit, Allulose, Swerve)

Way too sweet, terrible texture
These actually made me feel sick afterward, they tasted way too sweet and contained an absurd amount of sugar. The recipe is also off because the middle of the brownie will not cook through, resulting in a crumbly mess. I used to think Bob's Red Mill is in the healthier side, but this is definitely changing my view.

Amazing After All These Years!
I found a package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie mix in the back of my pantry with an expiration date of 2010. The package was in perfect condition and had not been compromised so I though, why not? I followed the directions on the package and baked them as instructed and I have to tell you....I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T TOSS THE PACKAGE!!!!! These brownies are amazing! Taste delicious, great texture, smells heavenly when baking! Wow!

These brownies are my all ti.e favorite brownies. I love them so much! I love the light grainy-ness, the lightly gooey inside, crispy outside, and how choclate-y it is. Goodness. It's making me hungry just typing about them! The only bad thing about this brownie mix is that I can never find them in my local stores!!

The texture and flavor of this product are both excellent! I made it for the first time today. However, as someone who has to monitor my sugar intake, it just has TOO MUCH SUGAR. 38% of the daily recommended MAXIMUM in each brownie. For all the concern Bob's shows for health, surely you are aware of the dangers of sugar. Would you please market this product as either sugar free (i.e., add your own!) or reduced? Otherwise it is perfect.

These are great! The only problem I have with them is that I am a Type 2 diabetic, and I can only have 1 at a time! THAT IS HARD TO DO! If you come out with a sugarless version, I will try it IMMEDIATELY! Have not tried anything yet that I was not satisfied with!

Bob, I love your brownie mix!
My girlfriend and I have made these a couple times. We replaced the butter it calls for with 2/3’s the amount in olive oil and a bit more water than it calls for to make them dairy free as well. Absolutely amazing mix. They are as good - if not better - than regular brownie mixes. Still moist 4 days later. 10/10 would recommend.
