Works great
I received this unit when it was still fairly cold in ND, so I was able to test the heating function before needing to use the air conditioning. It heated both my living room and dining room perfectly. Now I am using it for the summer, and it cools wonderfully.

Terrible product. It worked one summer just fine. By the second summer it couldn't get cold. Got about 90 days off use. Company wouldn't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM COSTWAY!

The air conditioners work great this is the 2nd one I bought. Only bad thing so far is that the remote for one works both of them. Trying to turn one off and they both turn off kinda annoying. They should be able to be set for each unit but they are not

Good quality. Loud like all AC units are.
We are in a high humidity zone, and days get around 98 degrees because of the humidity. I have one unit downstairs and one upstairs. They are nice and I love that they pull the heat outside. I live in an old historical vintage home. With no central AC. These are getting us thru decently. I need to buy one more and centralize it downstairs, we are a 1200 square foot home. They are loud for sure, but that’s with all ac units even my window units. I would say that the sound is much more pleasant than the window units. However, even with central AC in our last place if we wanted to watch a show or movie at night we’d turn the central AC off, so we do have to do that with these ones too. What’s awesome though is that it keeps the living room nice temperature wise because it pulls the heat outside, so you can watch a two hour shows with these off and feel just fine. Then turn them back on after… I love the design, they look very sleek and actually cute. I hate having the tube that goes out the window, it’s always in my way, but hey I’d rather be cool and deal with it!

Good investment for garage
We bought this last year in summers for our garage and it has been working fine for us. No issues so far. Dehumidifier and heater is a plus. Will use the heater in next winters.

Heater issues
While the AC cools the area well it has a hard time telling the actual temperature of the room and will turn on and off more frequently. As for the heating components, the ac clicks on and off several times before actually starting to heat. Has this happened to anyone else?

Doesn't always cool
Doesn't stay on when in cool mode. Will stop cooling sometimes for a short time sometimes for a long time. Have to shut it off for about 15 minutes and turn it back on. Out of 4 portable units I have, this is the only one that does this. Additionally, the drain hose has to be connected otherwise it will fill up unlike other units that dissipate the water collected. When it's actually cooling it blows really cold.

I like this AC. First time I bought this kind of air condition cuz my kids doesn't have wall built AC. And this makes their room cool so quickly. It's easy to set up. And I really like all the features, I can set up previously so it's good for all night. Remote feature is very helpful. Looks good in their room.it's small and space saver. Noise is not so loud. But it has noise, Cooling fast for pretty big room. And most importantly energy saver. Perfect machine. Thank you!!!

On the plug, it states 1800W but according to the manual, energy consumption is 1100W. I was curious to see how many watt actually consume, so I bought electric measuring device, and the device actually consumes close to1200W. I was about returning the device (my house is old and plugs can only take up to 1500W), but since the consumption is1200W it works in my house. AC seems powerful ( I'm using in my kitchen and living room, combined about 600sq, high ceiling, but it can lower temperature 2~3F over an hour so it is much cheaper to run than the central AC unit (less than half of the cost). WiFi feature is very useful; I can control the device from anywhere. Only downside is that air blows from the top so when using heating units, needs a ceiling fan to push warm air downward to the floor. Overall I'm satisfied.
