Love but not easy to clean
I have been using this for several months and really like it. But I am having trouble cleaning the inside and there is a pink film on one side where I can't reach. Not sure what to do.

Buy a different one.
Just stopped working after about a year. I tried everything to make it work but it just wouldn’t turn on. It’s also impossible to clean so you see mold growth on the spout where the vapor comes out and there is nothing you can do to clean it off. Would not recommend or buy again

Quality product, good company
I ordered it because it was pretty, but it really preforms wonderfully. It's quite and the room is noticeably more humid after a few hours. My baby pushed it on to the floor and it stopped working after a week. Customer service replaced it straight away and the new one has been wonderful. No problems at all despite everything my toddler has done to it (it's a favorite toy when not in use).

Great product
I am a senior and I ordered this humidifier through a CVS/Aetna insurance program. I have found it to be just as advertised. It can run for a full 24 hours without refilling. It is quiet and has a fine cool mist. I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend for smaller rooms, not for wide open concept areas. One suggestion; the instructions are clear except in the area of how to remove the mist nozzle. I would also like to be able to better clean the the tank. A bottle brush only reaches so far and then has to be bent to further clean the unit.

Hazard
I received this for a baby shower gift. I have used it but it appears that the base is melted for some reason. That’s a hazard and I don’t want it in the room with my baby.

Impossible to clean
This humidifier is impossible to clean thoroughly. Mold and scale will build up and you will not be able to get it out of the nooks and crannies. I don’t understand why designers make these impossible to clean with all the small parts no human hand can fit, but it must be to force you to buy one every year. Do not waste your money.

Pink mold, hard to clean
Do not buy especially if you have a baby. Looks great but it got pink mold slime after 2 uses and it’s impossible to clean

Didn’t work.
I bought one of these and it stopped working. I thought maybe I broke it somehow, so I bought another one, and this one just didn’t work at all from the get-go. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

Terrible
Bought for my daughter’s room. 10/10 don’t recommend. Impossible to take apart and clean. Even with distilled water it leaves a scale on the inside of the tank you can’t get rid of, or rid of easily. Throwing it away so my child doesn’t get sick.

How do I clean this
The inside of the tank is covered in green mold and there doesn't appear to be any way to take it apart and get inside to clean it. After filling it with vinegar and water I was able to reach inside with a toothbrush and get some of it

i honestly really like this humidifier. i like the color mostly and the overall shape i think it’s v cute. it does pretty good at what it’s made for i feel. i get bad sore throats fairly often and dry sinuses especially in the winter so i think it’s definitely helpful to have going at night. i’ve actually bought like 3 of these bc of how much i like it. i moved and it broke while it was all packed up but that’s my fault and then i broke it again bc i dropped it but again that’s my fault lol.

Great but has buildup
I bought this back in March for my room due to me having a baby. It works great and I have no real issues with the humidifier. However I clean it weekly or twice a week due to this pinkish film building up on the parts that contain water. I live in an urban area of Detroit so I’m not sure if the water is hard or not. I use the water from my Brita pitcher inside of the humidifier but it still has this weird looking buildup. I also noticed it’s starting to have a funky little smell.

We're really enjoying our MistAire Silver Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier! We've had it for a couple of months and my wife is going to get another one for our bedroom. And possibly two more. This is so she doesn't have to move this one every night and morning from one place to another. We are very happy with this humidifier!
