Cool and confident

I was having 20-30 hot flashes a day, and night sweats almost every night, sometimes 2 or 3 times of waking up soaked. After a couple weeks I saw improvement. Now, about a year later, hot flashes happen a couple times a week, and its been months since my last night sweat. I feel more confident and clear headed. I recommend it to all my friends and coworkers going through this wonderful perimenopause/menopause phase of life.

Within 1 day of starting these I had significantly more hot flashes and night sweats than before taking them. I pushed through for one week and with continued misery I stopped taking them and threw the bottle in the trash.

If I miss a day I can definitely tell

I really like the Meno. I had a hysterectomy and am on HRT but instead of upping my dosage I found that taking the meno vitamins help tremendously with hot flashes and sleep.
