KRAKATOWA! Be near the bathroom if you take these! Don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled with how fast they worked because nothing else was. First dose! They say take 4 daily but there’s no way I can do that. I may start taking maybe 1 a day and moving up as needed. Only downside to me is there kinda a harder gummy vs soft gel gummies but I’ll deal.

Beware- poor packaging.
I have no idea I bought two bottles and can’t open either one and it is not user error! I open child safety lids all the time. These are a beast, frustrating, and after trying force, rubber gripper, banging the lid— they still won’t open. Just endless clicks while pushing down and turning. I guess this is why they were buy one and get one 1/2 off. Terrible deal if you can’t take them. Beware!!!

poor texture and flavor. the serving size is 4 gummies, that's why the serving is higher, it's literally double the amount of other brands. aave your money, buy off brand that's cheaper and eat an extra gummy or two a day.

Too Good To Be True
I bought these a couple weeks back because I was experiencing a little constipation and thought these would be a good alternative to help. Said gentle and works within 30 minutes to 6 hours and they were chews. But to my surprise I surpassed all time frames of this to kick in. Nothing ever happened to relieve the constipation or even soften the stool even the next day or two later. This product is way to expensive to not get some type of results. If at all possible I’ll be returning them. Won’t purchase again.

As someone with chronic fissures and pain, this stuff helped me ease the dreading part of going #2 & healing of fissures. Here are some pros & cons: PROS: tastes good, helps regulate #2, softens stools, easy going #2. CONS: 4 might be too much (take 2 or spread out the 4 throughout the day), better be ready for stinky farts/gurgling at the beginning but well worth it, ALSO be near a restroom as it can be fast acting depending on what you eat. Overall, I will be rebuying since it works. Better than taking a stool softener with no vitamin benefits added.

Made the mistake of taking four for my first dose instead of easing myself into it… thirty minutes later… I nearly rocketed off of the toilet. It definitely cleans you out but I would recommend taking one or two instead of the recommended four.
