PCOS w/ Insulin Resistance & Reactive Hypoglycemia
This supplement is a life changer! I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 5 years ago and recently developed Type 2 Diabetes. Doctors only wanted to medicate me and the medication I was put on caused me to develop reactive hypoglycemia (if you know, you know how horrible it is). I have struggled with this condition for over a year no matter what foods I eat or exercise. Doctors don’t help and just want to bandaid the condition with medication. I was recommended this supplement and within one month, I am finally feeling so much better! I went from eating 5 times a day crashing in between to eating 3 times a day and feeling stable. I am so grateful and cannot recommend enough.

MYO-INOSITOL IS A LIFE CHANGER
My PCP recommended Myo-Inositol with D-Chiro as a fertility supplement and it is changing my life. I have steady energy all day for the first time in years, feel more emotionally balanced and less anxious. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but have had horrific menstrual cramping in the past and have little to no pain on this. Thank you!!

I used this along with other medications and….
And I got my period back after 2 years of no natural period. I also take vitamin D and metformin, advised by my doctors. I was beginning to become frustrated until I did more research and found this product. It took me three months of taking this religiously with my others medications (along with homecooked meals and excercise) but I got my period in July! I ran out of this and skipped a period in August, but rebought this product the beginning of September and just had my period last week. It’s not a stand alone product to fix your hormone problems, but it definitely was the cherry on top for me. I’m so pleased.

Wish I started on this years ago!
I didn’t realize how unbalanced I was until starting Myo & D. My typical PMS symptoms were migraines, insomnia, along with the usual cramps, random spotting etc etc. After starting taking inositol, I have slept like a baby every night, had no spotting (until implantation), and no migraines! I’m not sure if it was the inositol or just a coincidence that the same month I started taking it, is the same month I finally got pregnant!

Improved overall mood, helped with weight loss, definitely help with hormones because the 2nd week ya'll I was being more feminine as to softer voice and body movement which was very noticeable to me even moving my hands in a softer manner as I talked.. I was like woowww... I usually don't feel or move like that. All in all good changes. Lesser pain in periods!

This product ruined my cycles
A year ago I purchased this product. It was recommended by a coworker. I wasn't sure how it would interact with my body, so I took 2 a day for a month. It helped me sleep better at night. However, I noticed I had 2 periods the same month I started taking them.. so I stopped taking them immediately. Now, a year later, I bleed almost daily. Some days I have clots some days I spot. I am devastated. I'm 37 and I really wanted to have another baby. I thought this supplement would help balance my hormones. My obgyn has no idea how to fix this. I've had blood work and an ultrasound done. They tests show nothing alarming. I don't have pcos. I workout and eat healthy. I'm so lost.. anyone else? Please seek professional advice before taking this.

Regulated cycle!
I was skeptical because I don’t like taking supplements or believe they actually work. Well, I have been taking these for three months and have gotten my cycle down from every 45-50 days (sometimes longer) to every 30 days. Slight decrease in PMS symptoms as well (maybe because cycle isn’t dragging on forever).

Regulated My Cycle w/ PCOS
I have PCOS and went without my menstrual cycle for 9 months before starting this pill! About a month and a half after starting it I got my cycle! It lasted 5 days and was completely normal! Super excited about having it again, I feel brand new!

helps with PCOS!
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and wanted a solution to my food cravings, mood swings, and low energy levels. I've been taking this supplement for 3 weeks now and the changes are INCREDIBLE. I feel like a new person and no longer struggle with food noise! It has not brought back my periods yet, but it probably needs more time to work.

Works for Lean PCOS
My OBGYN recommended these to me be because I had "Lean PCOS." My periods were never regular, but I ate healthy, worked out 4 days a week, and was a healthy BMI. However, since I had a tiny cyst on my ovary seen on the ultra sound and irregular periods I received the lean PCOS diagnosis. I've been on these supplements for a year, and for the first time in my life my period is has been regular! It took about 5-8 months to kick in, but wow did they work. I take 4 capsules a day.

I got pregnant with PCOS!
I have been using this product for about a year and a half. At first I noticed less fatigue and my body started to feel better. I also started getting my period more regularly and then at the year and a half mark I got pregnant! I'm now 32 weeks pregnant! I believe this product is the safe version of metformin and will continue to take it after my baby is here. For reference I have had fertility issues for many years and pcos since I was a teenager. Would recommend!

PCOS Girly Approved
I have PCOS and I’ve been taking this supplement for over a month now. I started off with one capsule and, after a week, went to two. I’ve been on two since I have a sensitive stomach and I’m already on Metformin. I can tell an improvement in my mood, I’m not as hungry, and my cycles are becoming shorter (I’ve always had a long cycle- 40 days or more). My goal is to become pregnant, so with time, I hope this product can help us achieve that goal.

3.6:1 ratio works better for me
This is the 2nd brand of inositol complex I've tried. A previous brand 3.6:1 ratio worked wonders for me. I switched to wholesome story and all those benefits vanished, even while taking as directed. I guess every person truly is different.
