Rael Organic Disposable Period Underwear - S/M - 5ct

As someone with endometriosis, these have been a game changer. My period is super heavy the first few days and these have made a huge difference. They are comfortable, discreet under clothing, and the coverage is better than anything else out there. I used to have to double pad and use a towel for nighttime. But no more! I have no leakage. Wish I had known about these postpartum as they would be great for that as well. 1000% recommend!

These are a game changer postpartum after a c/s. I prefer them over the disposable panties with the traditional pad. These made it so much easier and quicker keeping clean and were less of a mess. I highly recommend- worth every cent! Wish I would have used these after my first baby!

These are great! I like the breathability, they feel like regular underpants. I was worried about sizing based on reviews but I think it's closer to UK sizing than US sizing. I bought the L/XL with 40" hips and they're comfortable, a bit like oversized underwear. I also like that they can be pulled apart at the side as well.

These don’t leak like what the hospitals provide- great for post partum!

Perfect for heavy period days and at nite. Nothing else works this good. I extend the life by using pads inside too.

These are great, I can clean on my heavy days without leakage or having to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes to change.

I'm so glad I tried these. I had tried a different brand of disposable underwear and they were itchy, uncomfortable, and the cotton strip barely covered anything. I find these period underwear to be so much more comfortable. I'm kind of in between sizes, so I wear the L/XL during the day so it's less restrictive and then I wear the S/M at night so the underwear is snug to me and doesn't move around. I'm a size 12/14 in jeans and pants. I've tried washable period underwear but my period is just so heavy and I have a communal washing machine I don't always have access to, that this type of period-wear is exactly what I need. The brand I used previously discontinued my absorbency size and I really lost all hope of finding something that would work. I was using postpartum and incontinence pads for a while. With these Rael disposables, I don't dread my period or worry about period blowout anymore.

Leak and rip very comfortable if the waistband was a little thicker

These are very comfortable and convenient for when I’m on my period. They are very soft and it’s relieving knowing I’m not using something that’s made with chemicals and fragrance. The price point is also great. Would recommend!
