It's good and easy to assemble,took off one star 🌟 because the top is not real wood ,its more like pressed wood with some kind of paper that looks like wood.😒

STEP 1: check the top wood piece for damage before beginning STEP 2: check the shelves (top in particular) first bent sides

The metal framing had some rust on the top when removed from the packaging. The wooden top is laminate and was already peeling on the edges. I didn’t notice until the last few steps since you have to build starting from the bottom and both of these defects are visible on the top of the cart.

It is cheaply made. Good for just simple stuff, but not for hard duty like shown on the picture.

No directions on how to assemble anywhere to be found so it is in a million pieces on my floor. Ridiculous

It would be lovely if the website description was transparent and told you that the laminate top contains Formaldehyde. I followed the instructions and the very last step is to put the top piece on. Everything is built and I put it on and see a sticker saying it contains Formaldehyde. Why are you still selling this? Bringing it back to the store, built and all. Inconvenient and wrong to not mention known carcinogens anywhere except the very last step of building the cart. Add to the web description or remove from the website.

It’s looks like a good idea to buy but know that the top portion can only hold nomore than 11lbs. The description on here say each shelf can hold at least 40lbs which is not true.

This service cart is very handy. This is perfect for my husband to use in the garage and store some of his tools on that he needs to use that day. It has a flat top for a light workbench and a drawer as well. The magnet on the side is perfect for holding tools for quick use.

I received this amazing product a few weeks ago and I am so glad that I did! This product is extremely easy to put together! This product is great for so many things! This product is definitely a must have!

This is a realy nice, sturdy cart. I like having a drawer and shelves to store things in. This rolls nicely and has 2 locking wheels. Assembly was relatively simple and all tools were included. My only issue is figuring out exactly where im going to use it at since my kitchen is not really layed out in a way that this cart will work well.

This rolling cart has been great for storing my tools in my garage. I love that all the shelves have deep sides, so everything stays in place. One of the shelves even slides out! The wooden work top is big and sturdy enough to work on. It is on wheels, so it is simple to roll the cart wherever I want it.

This was fairly easy to put together with two people even though some of the parts were not clearly marked. The drawer had peeling paint with rusted areas visible, shown in pictures. Although bigger than I expected, still useful. My favorite feature was the magnetic bar for utensils.

On the whole, it's a pretty good unit. The unit was well packed. There were protective cardboard sleeves on the larger parts and also styrofoam inserts in the shelves. Somehow my unit still had a small scrape on the corner of one of the shelves and a slight deformation to the back of the drawer but these were minor and not visible once assembled. The assembly wasn't difficult but did require two people (mostly to get the first shelf attached to the legs). The included instructions could have been clearer. In particular, when there were two of a part there was no indication about whether to go ahead and also do the second at the same time (we did and it was fine). Thankfully, there was also a link in the instructions to an online video version of the assembly process that was very helpful. Both the video and the instructions show the letters that correspond to the hardware for each step and all the hardware was appropriately labeled. Also, the necessary tools are provided (but the hex wrenches are very small). The metal quality seems moderate. It was high enough quality that the pieces held their shape and everything lined up during assembly but still thin enough that I was conscious of the need to avoid overtightening. The drawer mechanism takes some force to move but it also remains closed when the cart is moved. The wheels and the handle allow easy movement. A lip around the edge of the shelves prevents items from falling off but I was surprised that there's also another half-inch of metal pointing in towards the center of the shelf. That additional metal lip is disappointing to me because it makes it possible to catch things on it when trying to remove them from the shelf. My biggest disappointment is that the top surface is only rated to hold 11 lb., or less than one-quarter of the shelves' robust 60 lb rating. It seems illogical to have a cart where you can store moderately heavy things on the shelves but not bring them to the top surface for use. And 11 pounds is so low that I'm concerned about the very strong possibility of accidental breakage.

Pretty simple to build and all parts included. Instructions are included both on paper as well as via a video. Unfortunately my drawer was bent and the powder coating also was fractured and peeled off. I was able to straighten it a bit better however the paint came right off and it appears that was already rusting underneath.

I really love this Brightroom 3 Tier Rolling Service Cart. This cart has so many possibilities for use. But it is going to work out great the upcoming holiday and football parties. Plenty of room on top to set food or beverages. The pull out drawer can be for napkins , silverware and plates. Shelves underneath for chips, dips, beverages that can all be loaded on and wheeled in to where you want it. No more back and forth trips to bring everything out to set up. Time to put together was under an hour, it is sturdy, well made and cart moves smoothly, wheels turn which makes easier to place the cart where needed.

It was really easy to put together alone despite instructions calling for 2 person assembly. All the bits were labeled and the instructions were clear. It fits perfectly where I want it!

First and foremost, I think this cart is very handy and does its job well. If that was all there was to it, I’d give it a five because it looks great and works great. The shelves are very sturdy, and I love the addition of the metal bar so you can stick tools or whatever to it. I am using this as a bar cart and I really appreciate that there’s a drawer. The drawer can hesitate a little when opening but I think it’s because it’s one of those anti-pinch ones. Now I didn’t give it a five-star rating because it was so hard to put together — the instructions aren’t very well-written and we kept putting things on upside-down because it wasn’t clear. We also had some hardware missing, so we had to get some. Finally, the paint on the inside of the drawer was already peeling off. Hopefully it’ll be a little tougher on the exterior and won’t peel as easily. I also wish the top was a dark color because if anything gets on this it’ll be easy to tell.
