The best
I’ve had this monitor since my baby was a newborn and he is now 15 months old and this has been the best monitor. I wanted one that didn’t require wifi (didn’t want the risk of someone hacking it) and this has been amazing. Quality is fantastic, has light + music options, has fantastic distance/range, the battery lasts a long time. I highly recommend this monitor!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Terrible camera if you want to pair with phone
The app for this camera regularly disconnects (multiple times daily/weekly). I can assume that instead of being able to check my app to see my baby, I will have to enter his room, hope he doesn’t wake up, unplug the device, wait a minute, reconnect, and then if I’m lucky the app will work. The tablet screen that comes with the camera works fine.

Cost cutting design.
Low resolution makes zoom useless. The kickstand is so small that it is feels like trolling; it ALWAYS falls over! Barrel connectors in 2025!? How much money did you save by not putting USB connectors? The included cheap plastic wall mount is incredibly flemsy. The pan and tilt is very limited in range. So far this product is okay enough to not return but leapfrog monitors are much better.

I'm much happier with this than a previous camera. the battery life (after one month) is still good. the size and visuals are good. it's a bit hard to turn on and off but it's fine. the sound loops are a bit useless, I don't like how I can hear it through the monitor

Great Simple Baby Monitor
I Love it for what we use it for. We purchased this specific monitor that doesn't have wifi or phone connection to be cautious against pediphiles or any other crazies out there that end up hacking into these devices to stalk children. We wanted a simple monitoring with no access to the outside world. It's been great! You can even have it at night with the screen turned down and just audio, great for nighttime monitoring.

vtech has always been great and the monitor works great. However, whoever engineered the stand put in on the side and it constantly falls. I will be returning and getting the 5 inch display.

Useless after 4 montha
It worked great until it didn’t. Used for about 4 months and then the decline started. First the temperature and sound light indicator would stop working. I’d have to unplug the camera and plug it back in for them to come back on. Eventually that stopped working. Sometimes it won’t hold a charge. Now the light on the actual camera won’t work and neither does the sound. The sound goes in and out. I bought this thinking we could save a little money but now I feel like I should’ve spent the extra money to get something more reliable. Now we’re going ti have to purchase a totally new monitor because this one is useless at this point.
