These are soooooo good. It's a lil sweet treat but with some protein and fiber to balance out the sugar. I don't care for the other flavors but I eat one of these chocolate bars pretty much every day lol

Tasted like chemials?
I normally like good and gather bars but this one did not taste good. The first couple seconds of chewing it, I thought it was ehh but I would keep eating it and then as I continued to chew it, it started tasting strongly like chemicals. That’s the best way I can describe the taste- it did not taste good at all and I literally had to spit it out. I ate something else and drank some water and then tried it one more time to make sure and it was the same. It smells okay (not necessarily very good tho) and isn’t expired so I have to imagine that’s just how these taste for some reason. Not sure if there was a change recently or what but I definitely won’t be trying this particular one again

These are incredibly delicious, though I would guess that they added 25 g of sugar from the rice syrup and other sugar sources is what makes them taste like a chewy peanut butter, Blondie… taking two stars off for that honestly because I think a lot of people grab this choice thinking that it will be a healthier one. And well, it’s healthier than a burger, I wouldn’t recommend sending it in a kids lunchbox or eating it regularly.

Sticky & chewy
These are just okay, in my opinion. I do not care for the texture of the bars - they are sticky. And chewy. My preference is crumbly. Plus they are also too sweet for my liking. They are not bad, just not my preference.

My son really enjoyed these protein bars from good and gather brand. They were a nice size and the taste was really yummy. They were peanut butter, chocolate chip and included nuts inside which he enjoyed. I’m planning to use these for breakfast so he has a fast snack with energy and protein to get his day started. Love that these are easy to grab and go when we are on the run. I received an incentive to write this review.

I ordered these expecting something similar to a chewy granola bar, they are very chewy but taste nothing like a granola bar, they remind me of cliff bars which I don’t like at all, it has over 20g of added sugar which is way too high for something that does not taste sweet, I was disappointed and will not be buying again, I couldn’t taste the peanut butter at all, my husband said they were alright and he’s been eating them right before his workout, my toddler did like them though, she said yummy! But I prefer not to give her something with added sugar I received an incentive to write this review.

Similar to other high end brands. I would recommend these for sure if you are looking to save money!
These are VERY similar to a Clif Bar but cheaper so if that is important to you I would recommend them. They do seem a bit smaller which I really like because I can never finish a full Clif Bar. They are similar to most energy bars but definitely on the higher end so I would recommend them for sure.

I like to have energy bars on hand for a between meals snack so was excited to give Good and Gather a try. I was pleasantly surprised that they taste just as good, if not better than their brand name counterparts. Each bar is 2.4 ounces with 11 grams of protein. They are chewy and dense and have a great chocolate flavor thanks to the top drizzle. The bits of peanuts give it a little crunch however, I did not detect any chocolate chips so that was a little disappointing. Overall, these are a great value for an on the go snack when you don’t want to eat junk food in between meals. Best of all, the sugar content is cane and not high fructose corn syrup. I received an incentive to write this review.

A Nice and Yummy Peanut and Chocolate Square
This is less of a "bar" and more of a small square. It has a list of ingredients that are almost all recognizable as real food, and this is a very big positive in my book. It seems to get most of it's protein from peanuts, which is great. Peanuts are a really good food, unless you or someone you love has an allergy to them. It is pleasant to look at and very flavorful.

Well-Flavored but Greasy
These are decent energy bars with good flavor. The chocolate and peanut butter is a nice combination. Like most energy bars, a bit dense and these are kind of a greasy texture. Definitely a good alternative to some of the higher priced bars.
