I would have been great to be able to watch youtube content while exercising. It's for this reason that I gave an overall 4 star rating

Excellent when it is working well
I would give this treadmill 5 stars based on performance when in use. But I've had too many issues with it. From the incline needing to change, to the entire monitor console needing to change out. And sometimes the treadmill just randomly stops in the middle of a workout. But as I said, as long as it is not giving issues, I love it.

Love my X32i NordicTrack Treadmill!
I learned to LOVE running solely because of the great iFit programming on this treadmill. Even ran the Rome Marathon and felt great. Lots of credit to Tommy Rivers and all the runs that we ran together (virtually!)

Best Investment!
We recently upgraded our Nordictrack treadmill from the 14i to the X32i. The X32i is amazing! My husband and I use it every day and are going back to exercises we completed previously because the incline and decline features significantly change the experience. The larger screen in addition to the incline and decline are worth the investment!

X32i Better than Treadmill in My University's Sports Medicine Lab
I was graduate lab assistant in my university's sport medicine lab using a massive heavy duty treadmill for exercise testing and research. The X32i's the mph and incline ranges, belt width and length are perfect for the kinds of personal workouts and training I need to do. The iFIT create workouts, however, seems very problematic because creation of time and distance workouts are no longer available on the console, app and website. Only map base workouts from the console can be created, and not on the app or website. Also, so far, I have not been able to find on the console calendar workouts created on the console. I need to look for them more and contact support.

Terribly Built and Cheap
Originally, I wanted to buy a Peloton tread, however they were out of stock. So, I researched and decided on the NordicTrack "commercial" treadmill. This thing is complete trash. In a single year I had to replace not 1, but 2 consoles. Too much money for such low quality. Run outside, it's better for you anyhow and FREE! We have to demand better quality from these manufactures and truth in advertising. I will NEVER purchase a NordicTrack product ever again. I hope this review saves someone some money and aggravation.

Great from Ordering to Working out
The guy that helped me build my cart was wonderful, and I got Millie (my treadmill) in 2 days, I couldn't believe it. I just wish the screen would raise up a bit, when on an incline it can be uncomfortable to watch the screen. I had issues getting my hr on my garmin 255 to Millie. However, within a couple of days I got a garmin forerunner 965 and it works fine. My next goal is Bolder Boulder, but ultimately New York Marathon

Love my machine
I have really enjoyed the new treadmill. I have had it for a few weeks and done about 20 workouts. I love the steep incline as my back doesn't allow me to run much anymore. I can still get a great workout! My only complaint is the size, especially the height of the machine. Because the incline motor is underneath, the tread is about 10 inches above ground and at steep incline my head is almost 9 feet up! It wouldn't fit in our regular workout room. Overall, if you have a place for it, I would highly recommend.

Disappointing…..
Product showed up in an undamaged package. Upon opening, however, it was very beat up and had many flaws. It was obvious that whoever packaged the treadmill would have been aware of the issues and sent it out anyway. Machine is operable but cosmetically not near acceptable for such a pricey piece of equipment.
