    Arrived with no cables or plug in cord. Ink included was dry. Fortunately I was on the ink play and new ones arrived. It is not printing every document as it should. It skips and fades. I should go back to my older printer.

    I quite like this printer. It was easy to set up and prints nicely. I like the feeder, although I haven't used it yet. It also has a great output tray that works well to stop my printouts from flying all over the floor! We'll see how much ink it drinks...

    Printer cheaply made of plastic where better hardware would work best. Returned the printer. 250 paper drawer had a bad fit and gave constant error message. Also got a permanent ink cartridge error and could not print. Worst printer ever. Got another HP model and this one only prints half the time getting generic printer error message.

    The HP OfficeJet 8015e printer works just fine and it was easy to setup with the HP Smart software....however I do have a complaint. I have always purchased HP Desktop computers as well as HP printers for a number of years because of HP quality. but this printer has one fault. The paper tray is poor quality and can be easily damaged if you're not careful.

    Its my second HP printer enrolled with HP instant ink, the previous was HP 6968. I got the HP 8015 on labor day discount and with a 6 month free instant ink up to 700 pages per month thats a great deal, i even got a 4 year warranty plan on the printer.

    I have had an HP office inkjet 8600 that I absolutely loved, Unfortunately one of the ink ports continues to give me an error. I have order this new printer and it seems very poor quality compared. The paper tray is not very sturdy, feels like it would break very easily, and doesn’t have the sturdy feel I am used to.
