    Cast Iron Success

    I'm really excited to start using my griddle/grill on my ceramic cooktop. I didn't think it was possible to use cast iron on it. The most tedious part of getting cast iron to work well is to make sure it has been cured. This step takes time but the finished product is wonderful. The other part is to remember not to put it in the dishwasher or scrub it too much or it will rust.
