    Poor replacement for the original product I bought from Target for years

    The predecessor to this product was meant to be comparable to Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair. It was so similar, the product was a staple in my home. They discontinued that item and replaced it with this substandard junk. The new lotion has a slight “off” smell, and doesn’t moisturize as effectively. Initially I made the best of it, figuring lotion is lotion, and for 1/3 the price, I’d deal. But after the second bottle, I realized I really didn’t like it. I now buy the Vaseline brand either if it’s on sale or from a competitor store when there are coupons or deals available.

    The New and UNIMPROVED Version

    Supposedly this is the new replacement for Target's generic product (Up & Up). But not only did they NOT fix the packaging issue that plagued the old product (a terrible pump that won't dispense the last 1/4-1/3 of the lotion) but they changed the lotion formula. Not sure what they did but it doesn't hydrate at all anymore. If anything it might make skin even drier. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA AND MOVE TO A TUB PACKAGE WITH NO SILLY, USELESS PUMP! Until then, save your money and go with the name brand because it actually works.

    Great lotion and a good value over other lotions. I needed a lotion for the winter and didn't want to spend a lot or replace. The packaging is a problem as the top does not stay on a lotion can get all over: Wrap clear tape around the top to keep it in place.

    I’m kinda surprised there’s so many negative reviews for this lotion tbh. It’s a really solid option for people on a tight budget!! It’s a great size for the price per ounce, and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I really love this lotion for the price & for the texture. It’s hydrating but lightweight which is perfect for me since I have sensory issues with being able to feel lotion on my body. This one soaks in without leaving ur skin dry again by end of day. I really like this one! I think you should try it if you’re trying to save money on your basics. I also like to use it mixed with almond oil in the winter when I’m very dry.

    Disappointing

    The label says "unscented" but it has a distinct smell. That's false advertising. Worse, it leaves a white stain on any fabric that comes in contact with your skin after you apply the lotion. It's really noticeable and not easy to get rid of especially with dark colored fabric.

    Thicker Than Sunscreen!

    I bought this thinking it was an updated version of Target’s Up & Up unscented body lotion. Sadly, it’s not! If I could give this 0 star, I would. This lotion is way too thick and feels like old sunscreen. I have dark body hair so it leaves white residue everywhere, and it doesn’t feel moisturizing at all. I do not recommend! Please bring back the old formula.

    This is a great lotion

    I’m a WOC (iykyk). I’m surprised by all of the poor reviews. I was looking for a cheap lotion to use for my hands around the house (in the kitchen when I’m constantly washing my hands/cleaning). This is a great lotion. I’m not sure how well it would do on my body but I wouldn’t be putting a $3 lotion on my body and expecting amazing results anyway (again iykyk). It reminds me of the Neutrogena hand lotion, just its thinner cousin. I love a good glycerin lotion, and this hits.

    Massive downgrade from the previous up & up lotion formula. This product doesn't moisturize well and has an odd scent. Please listen to your customers and bring back the previous up & up formula and packaging.
