Meh, save your money
The coffee maker was great because you could adjust the amount of coffee you wanted easily. It also brewed pretty quick. The coffee maker only lasted 1 year and 2 months. It was descaled regularly and cleaned daily. The coffee maker always would drip coffee when you took away the carafe. The beeps and sounds of the coffee maker were extremely loud, you could hear from anywhere in our house. After a year and a couple months all coffee started tasting burnt and bitter.

Do not recommend. For the $ too many issues.
Had for 2 months and having issues. Dripstop doesn't work, still drips on the heating pad when I remove the pot. Took the lid from the pot off to wash in the dishwasher and now the seal when placed back on leaks and can't get it to seal. Dripping down the pot. The measurements knob does not work correctly all the time. I placed it on full pot of coffee measurement and it doesn't not utitlize all the water I filled. For the price there are too many issues. Looks like a lot of people here have the same issues too.

Don't buy! I bought this about two months ago and regretted it ever since. This thing is difficult to get set up, change settings, and lacks basic functionality that every coffee maker should have. Setting the clock, the "on" time, or pretty much anything, takes two people, both with masters degrees, one in rocket science the other in psychology to calm the first one down. Need the warmer plate back on because your sleepy brain accidentally turned off the device or you still can't change the auto off timer? Nope, no chance, not allowed. Want to grab a quick cup before the pot is done brewing? You have to close a valve, quickly get your cup poured, replace the pot and then open the valve. If you forget the stupid valve you'll have a mess to clean up. And if you dont wait for a few minutes after the device beeps and says its done, you'll have liquid dancing on the hot plate. The good thing, this thing is well built, solid construction. It will last a very long time sitting in my closet until I can give it away to someone I despise. Simply put, buy something else.

Measurements don't work
Sometimes I just want half a pot of coffee. Unfortunately this coffee maker is constantly shorting me at least one cup whenever I make only half a pot. Sometimes it's shorts me a cup when I make a full pot too. There's plenty of water in the reservoir, it's clean, there's nothing wrong with it since it's brand new and I just bought it a few months ago. When I select the half pot measurement, I barely get four cups once it's finished. even when I do a full pot it usually gives me 9 cups. I wish I could bypass the measurement selector and just have the coffee produce as much water as I put in the reservoir. Unfortunately, this machine doesn't allow for that.

Target Needs to do Better
I’m not able to provide a review because the first coffee pot I received was damaged. I returned it and it was delivered to target on November 28 and I still have not received a replacement as of December 5. The date keeps changing! I requested a refund and was told I cannot have a refund, and I must wait until they ship another coffee pot. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Stopped working in less than a year
I bought this coffee pot on 12/1/24, and it worked great for the first 8-9 months. It now takes >20 minutes to brew a pot and sometimes only brews halfway, giving an error message that says H20 when there is water in the tank. I’ve descaled multiple times (we have softened water) and changed the filter.

Item was delivered in original packaging with a large hole in the box. They didn’t bother to pad it and place it in another box. Once it was exchanged at a local store, I discovered what they sent to me had been purchased by someone else had had been returned. That is pathetic..

I wanted to love it. I couldn’t. I made a full carafe and followed the guidelines for ground coffee, ended up with a pot too strong I couldn’t drink and grounds EVERYWHERE on the inside of the machine. No way to take apart that side of the machine to fully clean, unless I wanted to risk breaking the machine. Tried again, made “half” a carafe. It ended up being less than two cups with 5 “big” scoops of coffee, as it directed in the manual. Could be great but just not for me. I’d rather buy my own cold brew and have a simpler machine for my needs.
