Pretty but texture doesnt wrap around completely

Shipping was faster than expected. I wish product photos had included the back side as well. Most pieces are flat on the back instead of beveled like they are on the front.

Beautiful style, poor quality.

Beautiful style and nice shine, however, 1 knife in the box had dings & scratches on the shiny, spreader part of the knife, and 2 other knives were missing the hammering detail on the handle. I decided not to go through the inconvenience of returning and kept the set, but was disappointed with the knives I received. For $100, better quality is expected.

Hi Steph, we are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your flatware. We would like to explain why this sometimes occurs. Occasionally we see a bad batch sneak through our quality checking, although this is very rare, it is a possibility. Sometimes in the finishing process, minor surface defects get brushed over making it very difficult to spot when checking. These minor defects then cause trouble in the washing process. Once the surface is broken the corrosion resistance is compromised and black/brown marks or rusting can occur. If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know info@oneida.com
