Worked well for 5 months now freezes up all the time and doesn’t work. Called Costway even though less then a year old will not help me with fixing or replacing product. Instructed me to go to target for assistance even though Target only offers 90 day return. Would not buy again

Quiet, Powerful, and a Total Game-Changer!;I bought this dehumidifier for my basement, and it has been absolutely amazing! Within just a few hours of running, I noticed a huge difference in the air quality―no more musty smell, and the humidity dropped fast. It's very quiet, super easy to set up, and I love the touch panel and smart humidity control. The included drain hose is a big plus for continuous operation. This is hands down one of the best purchases I've made for my home. Highly recommended!

Stopped working. All it does is ice over. Target won’t help and pointed me to costway. Costway says they are required BY TARGET to not talk to Target customers and sent me back to Target. 👉 👈

With the crazy humidity, our basement used to feel damp and uncomfortable, but not anymore. It covers a huge space and runs super quietly, so I barely notice it's on. The big water tank means I don't have to empty it all the time.

This is a fantastic dehumidifier. It will work in a 1500 sq.ft. room, but I personally use it in a large 2 car garage. The drain hose is a huge benefit, allowing the water pulled from the air to drain out of the garage and into the planter. Overall, this is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone in a humid environment.

I've had this for a few months now and I've been very happy with the performance. It has a little noise 10 foot from my favorite chair near the tv, but it isn't overwhelming by any means. I have to empty it twice a day else it will fill and shut off. I suspect I would benefit from a larger unit. Pleased enough I would be willing to buy this again if I had problems a few years down the road.

Ordered this product, first it came broken. Target willingly returned it then got the second one which worked literally for 97 days (90 day warranty) and then it broke. Target was unwilling and unable to do anything about it, mentioned to contact the company directly and the company said “you need to go through Target”. I don’t recommend buying this product or any Target Plus item. It’s too easy to push the blame on someone else and give you a run around verses when it’s their product they back it. The product itself kept freezing up in the back and not collecting any water for a period of time and then day 97 wouldn’t work at all.

I am quite amazed at this system. You do NOT realize how much moisture a home can hold until you run a dehumidifier like this. I was amazed at how in 12 hours or so the tank was completely full with water. I had no idea how high the moisture truly was in my home. It isn't loud at all, less than a box fan. It's the perfect level of white noise. The air just feels so much cleaner now.

I recently moved into a new place with a basement and it was very humid and reeked of mold. I found this Costway dehumidifier through a friend and decided to give it a try. The installation was fairly simple and it seemed durable enough to last a few years. I plugged it in a few hours the water storage was already full. I kept dumping it out and after a few days, the basement air quality seems to have gotten better. Definitely would recommend if you live in a humid area.

I have a bathroom in the basement. Even with the use of an exhaust fan. It still feels quite humid after someone showers so we want to try one of these dehumidifier and it works very well. There is no set up needed we just take it out the box and turn it on and set it to the humidity level that we want and the machine runes very smooth and quiet even st the highest speed. We dump the water out from the bin every 2-3 days after it is full. So glad we have rhis before we get any mold issues in the basement.

The humidifier came with good packaging. It does not require assembly and can work immediately out of the box. It has an elegant look and runs quietly. The water tank is huge and it reduces humidity in a short time as advertised.

This dehumidifier is bigger than the one I used before, but it has better dehumidification effect. The wind force is stronger than the one I used before. I have used it for a week and the dehumidification effect is very good. Because my cloakroom is damp, I have been using two dehumidifiers, one large dehumidifier and one small dehumidifier, but the effect is not very good. However, this new dehumidifier has better dehumidification effect than my previous two dehumidifiers. There is also dehumidification air volume adjustment.

Works really good. It helps my AC out and feels more comfortable. Controls and indicator works good, I only run it when the humidity gets above 59. I live on the coast and the humidity is high. I usually run it until the high level shuts it down which works great. Costway makes some great products.
