Q: How do you clean each of the 2 filters? Or do you need to buy and replace?

  • A: You can vacuum each filter with the brush attachment of the hose. When the pre-filter begins to get thin it is time to replace it and when the white HEPA filter begins to turn grayish, then it's time to change that one, as well.

I Really Wanted To Love This Unit

I was so excited when I found this 3 in 1 Fan Heater and Purifier and for a great price. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it already blew out one electrical socket. So I moved it to a different socket and it worked fine for like 3 or 4 days and now it won't turn on. Theirs something wrong with the power switch at the bottom of the unit. It'll turn on only if I push in the power button a bit and hold it their. What a waste... I really wanted to love this unit.

I wanted to love this product. It has everything I wanted--heater, fan, air purifier. HOWEVER it is really stinky for weeks, off gassing a putrid stench. Suffering through the stench may not be worth it if you are looking for something that will actually work as a heater, this barely gives off any heat. I had to have it basically right next to me in order to feel any warmth. Finally, when it is time to order replacement filters and the very important pre-filter (sold separately), expect truly terrible customer service from the company (you can't buy the filters at Target).

Nice combo unit

I use it mainly for the heat, but I do run the fan when the heat is turned off. I’m a little confused at how the auto feature on the heat works because as far as I can tell there is no way to set a temperature so I just turn it on till the room is warm. The remote is nice to have and easy to work.
