I wasn’t going to leave a review at first, as I thought it was probably just me as I ha e been dealing with on / off eyelid issues due to something unknown in neither my skin care or environment. With much elimination over a few months it’s been better. I bought this because of good reviews and rating on Yuka. I applied morning and evening and woke up with my eyelids upper and lower very swollen and painful. Totally flared up worse than before and this is all that was different. My complexion is fair and freckled like the other reviewer.

If you even look at it the wrong way, it'll turn red and angry. It's literally the Joe Pesci of skin. Tis the season for very dry skin, so I've been on the hunt for products to boost the integrity of its moisture barrier. Well, all this did was make my eyelids swollen and my actual eyeballs burned so bad I wanted to jump out of my own skin! I only used the product once so I can't attest to its long-term efficacy, but it wasn't hydrating at all. It actually made the fine lines around my eyes much more pronounced. Overall, I recommend saving your money over buying this Byoma eye cream.

Hydrating
I like this as a robust moisturizer for the under eye area. The texture is nice and it doesn’t pill so there’s versatility for layering and using under makeup. I’ll likely mostly use this at night before bed. Didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes which is a big win for me. Only con is the packaging. Should be in a squeeze tube as the product gets gunky in the pump (each time you use it some remains in the pump and dries and you waste some pumping out the gunk with the next use).

Causes Severe Skin Reactions
If I could stop one person from buying this that would be enough! I never write reviews but after using this product one time my under eye immediately turned dark purple which later turned into swelling and pain. Two days later it’s still swollen and in pain. I’m not sure what ingredients are in this to have that kind of reaction but I would stay far away from this brand. Will not be purchasing anything from this brand ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this was hydrating, i feel like it just doesn't always dry all the way down no matter how much you use. It always feels a little tacky. If you were going to wear makeup over it, I would assume this wouldn't be a problem.

Nice lotion
I like this eye cream. I have sensitive skin and I have had no issues with irritation or rashes. But they need to find a different bottle pump. Gone through 2 bottles and both pumps are horrible. One I had to return because the pump didn’t work. Second one it works half the time.

This eye cream feels really nice on my skin. The small wrinkles under my eyes are mostly gone or much smaller after just using this for a week. I’m in my mid 30s, so my wrinkles weren’t horrible, but I’m impressed and will buy again. Now I want to try all their products.

My HG eye cream
I developed extremely dry under eyes in my 30’s. I’ve tried my fair share of creams from drugstore to high end, and not one of them was able to adequately hydrate. As a result, my makeup has looked cakey in that area for years. I bought this on a whim when searching for a good milky toner, and I am shook! This eye cream is so so good. For once, my under eyes actually feel and look plump and hydrated. It sits beautifully under makeup, and doesn’t cause that cakey look. I was so floored that I purchased a second one immediately for fear of this being discontinued. It’s wild that this is so affordable and works so well!

Works but causes mild rash
Firstly, I do think it worked and made my under eyes look better. However, (I’ve gone through two rounds of attempting to use it), after a few days of use, I get a small, non-itchy rash underneath my eyes and on my cheeks. It doesn’t bother me but it looks odd and lasts for weeks - a product should definitely not do that. Also, so much comes out with one pump. You only ever need the tiniest amount.

Don't use this if you have sensitive skin!
Terrible product, gave me horrible rash under my eyes and cheeks that lasted over a week! So this is supposed to be a skin barrier building and hydrating brand - and this did not help me at all. It actually made me almost have to go to the dermatologist for treatment. Thank goodness for hydrocortisone.
