A: The speaker has an IP67 rating which will protect it from splashes of water and being submerged in water for short periods. Please be aware that long term use in a steamy environment is not recommended.

I have been a faithful Bose user for many years. This speaker does not disappoint! Great sound and a nice size. The only small drawback would be that the ports could have a plug to make it more waterproof.

You’re hard pressed to find something wrong with this speaker with realistic expectations. my only gripe is that a full volume, you can hear it struggle. my first Bose product and i’m happy to say it did not disappoint.

Great sound, for a speaker this size; picks up lows amazingly without beginning muddy. Was worried that Bluetooth only with no Wireless capability would result in an overly compressed sound but nothing discernible. With option for Aux you can still have lossless audio.
