    Stopped working after 2 uses

    I had such high hopes for this because I have used wet n wild liner in the past and loved it, but I literally used this liner 2 times and then it just stopped working. I don’t know if the one I got was just defective or what, but I’m not impressed. It was very smooth and pigmented the 2 times I was able to use it though.

    This eyeliner arrived opened with both the eyeliner pen and it's damaged packaging covered in dirt and dust. This is not the quality I expected from target. It's not worth it to try and return. I won't be buying cosmetics from them again because this was really unsanitary.
