The only teavel mug that i trust
I hate the price but it's the only coffee mug that I trust 100%! I had way too many accidents with coffee mugs leaking in my purse, on a car seat or spilling liquid when I tried to just drink normally, this one is called smooth sip for a very good reason, it feels perfect to your mouth when you drink and yet it has no weird closing system or anything that would take you forever to cleanup.. it's just right, just perfect. I own 3 of them: one for coffee one for tea and one that is full of dents for the times I won't be able to be careful and I don't care. I just wish they had boots for them, I had a hard time finding one that fits. Also I just wished the price was a bit lower.

This cup was leak-proof at first, but after several weeks it now leaks from the top, where the slider moves back and forth. I followed the instructions on washing, including how to take the lid apart once a week for a thorough cleaning. Insulation is just ok. I am once again searching for a truly leak-proof coffee cup

Really poor quality
Purchased one in Oct 2025 and the paint around it is falling off. The lid is really nice and smooth indeed, but that’s about the only good thing about this cup. We have several of their bottles and they’re fine, but this cup is very low quality.
