I received the Eucalyptus Water Bottle as a gift. Unfortunately, the original bottle arrived missing the rubber cap insert inside the lid, so a replacement was ordered by the gift giver. Yesterday, I received the replacement bottle. While this one did include the missing rubber cap, it came with a different lid than the one that originally belonged to the Eucalyptus Water Bottle. It is disappointing to receive two separate bottles, each with a different issue. It is also frustrating given the recent social media trend of customers switching lids and caps in stores, as it appears the item may not have been properly inspected before being shipped. I was excited to receive this gift, but the experience has been disappointing due to the repeated quality control issues.

Horrible product. The spring in the lid button pops out so often, and also is faulty all the time. The button doesn’t fully press in due to the crappy spring, and thus doesn’t close fully and spills water often. I know this isn’t just a me issue, as my niece and nephew have the same issues with same model.
