I would never purchase this product again, even after only a year and a month of use, as it has already malfunctioned. I initially contacted Conway to inquire about potential repairs. However, they informed me that I should contact Target, which confirmed that the product is beyond its warranty period. Consequently, Target has limited options for assistance. Despite the cost of nearly $400, the product has already failed, and I have been unable to obtain any support. Therefore, I believe it is not worthwhile to invest such a significant amount in an icemaker. In the future, I will opt for the $39 model instead.

Bought this in August 2024 and it just stopped working. It started leaking and making loud grinding noises. Plastic pieces started coming out with the ice. Not worth it.

Excellent ice machine
Quiet, easy to use and clean, great ice production and storage. Not quite as fast as gas station ice machines but pretty darn great! No complaints after 3 weeks of use

Worst customer service and product is unsafe
This ice maker is a piece of garbage after 5 months it began leaking out bottom making grinding noises and then big black pieces of plastic came out with ice in my glass! It is unsafe to operate and neither target or costway will stand behind it! Very frustrating upsetting!

Works great! I like the lever dispensing instead of everyone reaching in a bucket with a scoop. Feels more sanitary and works well for a large family. Water tank holds a lot of water and the cover keeps it clean and fresh ..we have ours under our patio of course out of the sun. family approved

It makes ice quickly and refills itself.It is a bit noisy when it's making ice, but it's fun to watch! Once it's done making ice, the maker is virtually silent.Absolutely love it! I have been using it for a while now and w haven't had no problems with it at all!! Love it!

The ice that comes out after the success of the ice is small, very convenient to use, the only drawback is that even if the ice is not used, it will start for a while, and then it will be a little noisy, but other than that, it is perfect.

Bought this because I wanted a way to make ice that wasn't horrid tasting. This fit the bill. Device is solid, seems well engineered. The cord is a good length. Built in clean cycle seems to work well. It does, of course put off some heat.

Great Ice Maker, Not Pleased With Supplier
Ice maker came pretty fast. Opened the box, looked like this unit was an “opened box” item that had been returned before. I know this shipped from Costway and not Target. Had no idea who to complain to. Unit has a small dent on side and the top was popped loose, and the drip tray was inside of a convenience store “thank you” bag. I tried to get ahold of Target, but only option was to return it. Logistically seemed more trouble than it’s worth. I fixed the top by removing and reinstalling. Power it up, works great. I will say it runs a good bit (when you get ice, it will run for 20-30 minutes to replenish. But works ok. Love the ice quality and dispensing so my kids dirty hands no longer get inside. Highly recommend the ice maker. Costway’s policy of shipping an open box item not so much.
