Love the size of ice but hate this machine because it is so very loud

Quit working cleaned it filled it it makes a few Pieces then stops turning and makes a grinding noise. Unplug let it sit then try again and it makes a few nuggets then makes a grinding noise and stops making ice only lasted 6 months

Item worked great for about 5 months, started making horrible sounds that forced us to reset multiple times a day by month 6, and completely stopped working 7 months in! Way overpriced for a machine that couldn’t make a year!!!

Only had it a few months and it doesn't want to make ice.

The cubes are small and square but is decent nugget ice. If you're getting this thinking it's going to be like chickfala or good starbucks ice it wont be. Like better than regular ice, is kind of loud (like a dishwasher is loud) It does take a while to make a lot of ice, it doesn't take forever (maybe an hour)

Worked for about 6 weeks and then just quit. Had to return to target store.

The best ice machine!!

It works well and makes ice quickly. It was a little noisy when we set it up in February but has steadily gotten louder and louder. We literally can’t hear the tv when it gets going!

After putting the ice in the freezer, it freezes solid and has to be chopped up.

It makes ice nuggets sometimes and other times it’s ice shavings. It’s very loud so having it in the house is annoying.

Makes ice very quickly. I also like the little ice nuggets it makes, especially if you're someone who chews ice as they drink. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not work as a freezer, meaning the ice will eventually melt if left sitting in the basket. My ice maker on my fridge is constantly breaking so having this on standby is awesome.

Wanted to love this, but it wouldn’t even power on. Tried all of the troubleshooting ideas, switched outlets and still nothing. It was a dud.

We have an $80 ice cube maker for our rv and saw that this was on sale touting ot made more cubes in less time. Don't be fooled. This is a regularly priced unit (of you shop around). It also doesn't make cubes. It makes "nuggets" which h explains how they can say it make more. See pics. We've had this for less than a week. It made nuggets but has now started to make slush. Ice is so small you have to use over half in your drink cup. When pouring an unrefrigerated soda in, it melts the ice and you have to refill. We are thinking of returning it.

I have ordered this item TWICE and both times they sent me the wrong item which was a cheaper version of this one. Will not be ordering again.

It’s pretty quiet, just a soft hum. It does freeze together in the freezer, but I can easily break it apart.

We use filtered water from our fridge, which helps keep the machine clean and the ice tasting fresh. It makes pellet ice, which my daughters call "hospital ice. " We absolutely love it!

I got this compact ice maker for my husband on Father’s Day because he loves ‘the good ice. ’ It makes enough ice for a 32 oz container in about 1-2 hours. It’s been running non-stop, and I store the extra ice in the freezer. It does make a little white noise while working, but it’s not a problem.
