Cute but Razers back at it again
Of course I had to buy this because razer always makes cute gaming peripherals. I’ve been purchasing razer quartz collection for yeeaarrss but this was my final product. Lasted me a year (like all my razer products) and now the cable is ripping. Reached out to support and “it falls under warranty exclusion”. Company is such a joke, will be buying a different brand from now on.

These headphones are so cute and work well for everyday use. The mic works great. I have had them for one year and they still work perfectly fine. Only complaint is when I wear them for an extended period of time they do get pretty uncomfortable on my ears and cause pain/headaches.

the headset is fine and cute but the durabitly is horrible i read reveiws on it and thought it was going to be a good headset but ive had the headset for less the 4 months and it barely connects to my laptop anymore i have an adapter and none of my other devices have a problem and the right side of my headphone doesnt even play audio anymore. trust me use a diffenet headset i do not recommend this headset at all

I love this headset. It works with ps4 and is great on PC. On ps4 the volume doesn't adjust using the headset, but adjusting on the ps4 it works just fine. The volume does work on PC though. I have gotten compliments on how good the mic sounds and I really enjoy the sound quality. I also love that the lighting is customizable. I would give 5 stars but I wish it was more noise canceling at a lower volume. If you like you sound loud it will definitely block out noise. It's also just so cute.

Bought this adorable headset for my PS5 and saw the “SUPPORTS USB” on the bottom and said to myself “i’ll just get an adapter” i spent over 100 dollars on this bad boy just for it to not work properly EVEN WITH adapters. It worked fine for my laptop, but do not buy if planning to use on any console. Sound is super quiet and there’s nothing you can do about it. It should say on the top of the box, “PC ONLY!”

Bought twice mic stopped working on both
The mic broke in a week. I went out bought the same headset thinking it's a fluke and the mic stopped working again. For as expensive as they are, they're not worth it. If you have an external mic like I do then it's fine cause the headphones are great. They aren't noise cancelling but if you have the sound to high enough you can't hear anything with them on.

The sound quality is amazing and noise canceling works perfectly, it's also a teeny bit snug but I'm ok with that because most headsets fall off my head anyways; unfortunately though I had to return them because the microphone quality SUCKS BOOTY 🥺 and no matter what I tried in my settings or in razer synapses it just wouldn't get better

Soft to the touch, comfortable l, the cable is about 5 feet long or so, so it's a good length. They light up, the sound quality is excelllent! For all you Hello Kitty fans get them while they last!
