Poor quality and DEFECTIVE!!!

Cheap and defective! The shelves weren’t even welded, so you literally couldn’t assemble it and/or put any weight on it. The only option Target offers is for me to lug it back to the store or retrieve the cut up box from the recycling bin and schedule a pick up/ drop off…did I mention I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get a resolution. I will definitely be thinking twice before ordering anything bulky from target again.
