    Beautiful rug, the colors are very neutral. It’s very thin and honestly perfect for a dining area. Have had multiple spills and every time cleaned off well. With how thin it is I wouldn’t put this on carpet but on wood floors with a pad. People mentioned shedding and itchy but personally I haven’t noticed any shedding and I wouldn’t consider it soft so maybe you can call it itchy but for the purpose that I am using it for it’s a great rug overall.

    Edge cut uneven. Difficult to

    The boarder very obviously is uneven. Probably more but the contrast from dark to light is very evident there. Started to see options with target because returning a 13 foot rug (and having handymen back to move furniture) is time consuming and costly but this is a third party seller. After sending requested photos, customer service acknowledged the defect then told not much they could do because of the contract with the actual seller. They have made a claim with the seller who has not reached out.
