Dissolved well for him in his water didn’t have any issues with that. He liked the fact that not only do they promote energy but also give him electrolytes as well! They come in convenient on the go package that you can take anywhere with you. Keep fresh too due to the type of container they’re in.

I think it’s cool how they are in a tablet form rather than a packet. They dissolve quickly and don’t have a nasty aftertaste, they’re also zero sugar. I feel confident I’m getting my electrolytes when I use these and it definitely makes the water taste way better.

These remind me of the zero calorie carbonated can water that has a hint of fruit. If you like those, I think you’ll like these. The fizz in these is fun too. I say give them a try. I used it as directed with 16 oz of water. It dissolves within ten minutes. These are super convenient!

The combination of the saltiness of the electrolytes combined with the effervescent fizz was not enjoyable. I wanted to like them and I think people who enjoy that fizz will but not for us.

Since we’re outside of big hiking season, I tried these sugar free versions when I came home dehydrated and needed a bit of prep and catch up before evening CrossFit classes. They take 5 minutes to dissolve and varied in taste, but ultimately did the job. In terms of flavor, the raspberry lemonade was my favorite. Orange was woefully subtle (but still tolerable) and the wild strawberry painfully artificial—like dissolving a Skittle.

These electrolyte tabs are absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to increase their water intake while adding electrolytes into the mix. Totally portable and ready whenever you are. Fits into any purse or bag and extremely durable. My favorites in order… 1. Wild Strawberry- Absolutely delicious and refreshing. The strawberry flavor tastes spot on to real strawberries and I found myself reaching for this one most often! 2. Raspberry Lemonade- I liked this one, on its own was very tasty but found myself adding lime juice powder for more of a punch of citrus. 3. Orange Sunrise- I didn’t care much for this flavor on its own. At all. It reminded me of extremely watered down orange soda. However when I added some banana syrup it tasted fantastic LOL.

The mix well in water and the tablets are easy to break up in case you want to put them in a water bottle. They are not gritty or give you a weird feeling in your mouth. Hydration is on point. Best thing is you can take them with you and pop one in a bottle of water when you need hydration

I did not care for the fizziness of it either but I'm sure it's just something to get used to, since the flavor was good. I let mine sit for an hour before drinking and it was better (for me) that way. These would be even better if they were a smidge smaller to fit into a water bottle for travel or on the go. The packaging itself is great for that at least.

These effervescent electrolyte tables are very convenient and easy to use, can be carried with you whenever you go. My son typically takes two tablets while working out at the gym, he absolutely loves these sugar- free effervescent tablets. They are excellent for helping muscles retain hydration, reducing fatigue, and balancing electrolytes, low calories. The flavor is fantastic!

Easy to carry tablets form. I usually don't try all kinds of energy drinks, but I love the multipack flavors and I couldn't resist. Just one tablet of this energy drink have so much benefit in it. Great form of electrolytes.
