New Choice
I've used gas stoves all my life, that is up until the past few years. I currently use an electric stove and am having the hardest time getting used to it. I always used cast iron pans but unfortunately they aren't conducive to electric glass top stoves. I switched to stainless steel but seemed to burn everything. I tried your small carbon steel pan and fell in love. It worked so well on my electric stove that I sought to purchase other sizes. I ordered the 10 and 12 inch pans and love them. It's the closest to cooking in cast iron without the weight and glass scratching.

Discolored Pan
My grill pan discolored after just one use. I made two hamburgers and although the pan cleaned well, it was discolored. I issued a complaint and was given instructions. However, the instructions were for burnt on food which wasn’t the case.

Best non-stick I've ever used
Have had this pan for about 2 weeks and so far, I am very impressed. It is truly the best non-stick pan I've owned. It heats evenly -- something my T-Fal skillet doesn't really do -- and very quickly. Easy to clean as well.

Merton & Stork Grill Pan stainless steel
Used grill pan once results were top notch steak was cooked to perfection. Cleanup was easy and spotless. Looking forward to purchasing additional products. We have previously purchased the utensils with holder and found them to be equally satisfying as well. Very good quality products. Looking forward to our next purchase.

Great frying pan
Looks really nice. Already seasoned which is great. Food doesn’t stick at all. Can use metal spatula without ruining the surface. Very versatile as able to go in oven under high heat without warping it. Much lighter than cast iron which makes it much easier to use.

Not good
Bought this roasting pan and the first time I used it to bake a ham, it discolored. Yesterday used it a second time to bake an apple crisp and after washing it and drying it with a paper towel all black came off!! Its not a good pan! I have bought many other green pan products including your essential electric skillet and have been pleased with them, but not this purchase.

The evolution of the cast iron
Absolutely loving my new carbon steel frypan so far. Unlike the cast iron skillets that we use, it heats up quickly and we've been able to cook eggs in this pan, without tons of scrubbing after.

Skillet won’t sit flat on glass top range.
Warped when heated and won’t sit flat on glass top range. Probably ok for gas stove where this might not be an issue. Don’t have this issue with casts iron skillet. Did return to flat once cooled, but then warped again when heated to even low medium heat. Too bad, I liked all other elements of the pan.
