[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lever is the best for many reasons: -Automatically unlocks when leave is turned from the inside. This is critical for emergencies or homes with disabled individuals. Some brands dont make this feature! -The privacy lock can be unlocked with the included "key", but not by simply pushing. This prevents unwanted unlocks -Great style, with many finishes to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The finish and look of the unit is beautiful. However, upon installation, the latch would not operate correctly. After disassembling twice, I figured out there was three manufacturing errors in the casting. With a file and some patience that corrected the casting errors so everything fit properly and is now working and installed. Not impressed with Schlage manufacturing Quality control!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New Door handle matched perfectly with the existing installed door handles on remodel job. It was14 years apart between remodel jobs, it shows the durability of the original handles and the quality control so the new ones match the old ones.

Recently two lock sets were leveraged by fighting children and the internal square shaft buttered out the slide for the bolt. It apparently doesn't take much effort, so somewhat disappointing. The action is still as smooth as usual. Thank you not discontinuing the finish. I have always chosen Schlage, and have no reason to change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced almost all our antique brass interior door knobs with these great levers because of arthritis and they look and work so much better. Very hard to find this finish but it’s what’s in our 1980 house and we like the finish even if it isn’t the current “in” trend. It is especially great that we don’t have to worry about trying to figure out how many are left vs right sets because the handles are super easy to swap around with the included little pin tool and they can be set with the curve upward or downward as you choose and is most comfortable for the user. This direction with the end curving upward is easier for those with arthritis to use.
