scratches after one use. Received it yesterday, made pasta with it this afternoon, pan already peeling off and with scratches

We’re less than 1 month in of use and the color has already worn off around the bottom. These pans are beautiful and truly non-stick, but with scratches happening so easily, I’m sure these won’t last.

These are fantastic! You can cook and clean them with ease. I had never used ceramic pots and pans, but these are so much better than I ever expected. The color is beautiful! Highly recommend!

This cookware is amazing. Pans heat up faster and evenly. So easy to clean. They are safe to clean in the dishwasher, but in order for your pans to last longer, you really should wash by hand. The non stick coating makes washing them by hand so simple. If you are looking, you can't go wrong with Gotham Steel.

I got the black matte color and it goes well with all my other appliances. When cooking with them they are nice as they can just be wiped clean and they are heavy for good durability.

I have used this set of pan for almost a month now. I am very pleased with them. First of all, they are lightweight! My elderly mother loves using them. I am delighted at how evenly well it cooks food. Eggs don't stick. Pan heats quickly. I can use metal utensils in them. The color is really nice and different. The handles are a gold tone and made of metal. They are dishwasher safe but I never put my pans in the dishwasher. These are super easy to clean. The only thing I wish they had was glass lids. However, the lids are very nice with a vent hole in them. I do a lot of cooking at home so I have put these to the test and they are the perfect size for a family of 3. Overall I highly recommend these pans.

Firstly, the elegant design is appealing, and I particularly love the matte finish—it really elevates your kitchen. Secondly, the ultra-lightweight steel material feels sturdy in hand; I always dread heavy and cumbersome cookware that's difficult to use and store. Thirdly, the non-stick coating is bright and smooth like marble, perfect for all types of food and makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. I read on the manufacturer's release that this non-stick coating is completely free of harmful substances affecting health. Fourthly, the handles and knobs are quite thermally insulated, so you don't have to worry about burns or wearing gloves while cooking. Fifthly, the set comes with a variety of sizes suitable for most cooking needs (2 fry pans, 2 saucepans, 1 stockpot, and 1 steamer, each with their own lid). Finally, the cookware material is suitable for various types of stoves, including induction, infrared, or gas. There are only two things I'm not quite fond of about the product, related to the lids: I prefer glass lids to easily monitor the food while cooking, moreover the pot lids seem too tight and the design is a bit flat, so they should be slightly domed to allow steam to escape more easily and prevent excessive water pooling during cooking; I often have to open the lid to check the food and find that there is a lot of water condensation on the lid, almost spilling onto my hand and stove. In summary, I will purchase another set as a Mother's Day gift for my mom and recommend it to friends.

I’m really hoping that it lasts, because as of right now it cooks so well and evenly and, as you can see, is on another level from old school non-stick coatings.
