The rug arrived damp inside the packaging with visible moisture in the plastic. The rug was also heavily wrinkled and does not lay flat even after trying to smooth it out. This feels like a poorly stored or damaged product rather than a new rug. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money. I would not recommend it.
