The Swiffer works perfectly. The only issue was the included “lavender” scented wipes; The living room smelled horrible after drying. They smell fine at first and then dry down to a really bad chemical smell.

To connect the Swiffer handle pieces, we recommend pushing the rounded ends firmly together until a click is heard. We suggest twisting the poles together until they lock into place and pushing hard to connect them. We recommend avoiding pulling the poles apart once assembly has started, as this can break the cords inside. If the top piece will not expand to lock, we suggest pushing and twisting firmly until it clicks. This product is absolutely wonderful!
I have had two knee wineries and a broken ankle so it’s hard for me to bend down and clean bathtubs,showers baseboards etc. I use my swiffer wet mop to clean my walls , my bathtub, and my baseboards. It makes my life so much easier !

Pads keep coming loose. Would be great if Swiffer could come up with a snap to better secure the pads

For best results, here’s how to properly attach the pad: 1. Place the pad on the floor with the fluffy side facing down. 2. Center the mop head on top of the pad. 3. Press the edges of the pad firmly into the four built-in gripper slots on the top of the mop head. Following these steps can help the pad stay securely in place during cleaning. Terrible odor and VOCs. My lips are numb and my throat is irritated. I'd like to know what is in the wet mop cloth that is so irritating.

Mixed feelings. Smells good. Easy to assemble and move around. But it starts out soaking then gets super dry in not even a minute. Had to use three just for my living room. I wonder how much this is gonna cost in the long run for how much refills I’ll need.
