    Nice rug, but lots of off gassing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is as pictured, texture is thick and nice to walk on. The rug has been shedding a lot and smells pretty bad. I can still smell it and we have had it for 2 weeks. The smell is improving with time. .

    Quality Rug!

    Horrible shedding

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug sheds more than any other rug I’ve ever had. My Dyson is destroyed from vacuuming the rug. I’ve had it for 4 months and still non stops sheds and gets all over the house and my dog. Horrible.

    Terrible smell

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was an attractive rug, both in photos and in person. But it arrived smelling very strongly of mildew, which caused allergy and breathing issues. It was so strong that we didn’t think it would improve from airing it out, or treating the odor with vinegar, baking soda, or peroxide spray. We returned it, which was a pretty smooth pickup process, other than the hassle factor of repackaging an 8x10 rug. This was my first purchase from Rugs Usa and I don’t think I will try again.
